The sevadaars of SikhSangat.com have been through a long and continuous discussion in regards to SikhSangat.com and the affiliated websites such as SSNews and other member websites.

There have been several concerns brought to our attention through e-mails and private messaging in regards to the posts on SikhSangat.com. As founding sevadaars of SikhSangat.com we have noticed a BIG change in the posts and the topics that are being posted. SikhSangat.com was a place where many came for inspiration and lately there have been alot of random postings and questions which we feel is not the goal of SikhSangat, considering this reason among many others we have decided to shutdown SikhSangat.com and all of its partner websites, it will be shutdown permanently and all topics/posts will be deleted. We feel as this is the only solution.

Among many reasons one of the reasons are that there have been too many complaints as to the moderation of SikhSangat.com and it has gotten to the point of the sevadaars getting threats including death threats in terms of how the forum is moderated as locals from U.S., Canada, and U.K. know of the sevadars and word gets out.

The domain will still be registered under the sevadars along with the affiliated websites. We will continue to provide the seva of partner websites minimally. If you have any concerns or questions please do not hesitate to contact us and PM the moderators. We hope that you will forgive us and continue to live a chardi kalaa gursikhi jeevan with guru sahib's kirpaa.

WOW, now thats just not nice. you should take these people to court. we live in a democracy no desi off the street should do this. and what makes it even worse is that these people call themselves sikhs :sady: and are the first ones to jump on another "manmukh" saying that he/she is tarnishing image of sikhi.

i must say that the sewa of this forum was an immense inspiration for me in time of need. may guruji bless admin(s)/moderators/sevedaars with more seva.
