I'm thinking of setting up an organisation helping relationships leading to dating and marriage between Sikh guys (non-khalsa types) like me and non-sikh girls who in turn will become Sikhs once they married. nope. it is better to stick with dating "non turban" sikh girls. But keep in mind that lust is consider a bad thing in Sikhi. So I am not sure if dating is even okay in Sikhi at all.

Go ahead..cool idea.. so will your organisation hook up sikh girls (non-khalsa types) with non-sikh boys too, this will increase the population nonetheless.
