I Think I Accidently Had Alcohol?

Sangat Jio im in abit of a crisis

i was having so back problems this weekend and the docs gave these painkiller and sed they WUD NOT make me drowsy....................

But i knocked out and when i was awake i was all giggly and acting...........well............drunk............. :wub:

Do they put alcohol type sunstances in painkillers such as Tramadol...............?

i didnt mean to do it its just my stupid back was hurting and i tuk the tablets to help it :wub:

i dunno i was taking co-codamol before and they made me realy dizzy and sleepy and i went back to docs and told him the pain wor gettting any better and the tablets were making me dowsy and i wanted NON-DROWSY strong painkillers and he gave me Tramadol..................i felt realy rotten after taking them and that why im wondering if they had a alcohol based substance in them cos i tried googling it but that didint tell me anything............(well it did i cudnt understand wot it was going on about)

you could check the back of the bottle or tablet pack to check the ingrediants or go on wikipedia
