i wud personally suggest taekwondo, ive dun a vareity of martial arts, and taekwondo is deffently art of da hands and feet not jus one, it was made by combining many styles of martiak arts like karate, tai chi etc, so u learn bout many styles and techniques, u dont jus hav one veiw on one martial art, u have loads cus its bin combined, see if u can find it! id say it worth it!

For standup fighting learn boxing/Thai Boxing

Ground Fighting - take up Brazilian Ji Jitsu

Weapons - take up Kali/Escrima

I think that Krav Maga is very good as it teaches you all ranges and multiple attackers.

Tuesday 7-9pm - Grappling & Gym

Wednesday 7-9pm - Kirtan/Vichar or Muai Thay & Gym

Friday 7-9pm - Muai Thai & Japanese Jujitsu

Saturday 3-5pm - Gatka

Sunday - 7-9pm Grappling & Gym

Nanaksar Gurdwara, Pleck, Walsall are also starting JuJitsu on Saturday Mornings from 10-12 from the 11th October onwards....
