Congress is a political Party in India whilst Hindutva is an Ideology followed by the Political party BJP and groups RSS, Shiv Sena, VHP etc. Congress dont nesscarily follow Hindutva.

the main similarity is the both hate Sikhs, the ideologies are completely different. the "secular" Congress has tried to destroy us physically (november 84 massacares, attack on golden temple, fake encounters) and hindutva (bjp-rss) has tried it mentally (distorting our history etc). and no tytler is not a hindutva supporter because hes not hindu, he a christian, hindutva guys killed rajiv ghandhi cux he sent troops to help the Sri lankans defeat the tamil hindus, hindutva guys dislike indira cux she was married to a non-hindu, they killed mk ghandhi cuz he tried too hard to appease the musleh and was against hindu nationalism same goes for nehru.

Some say hindutva wants bramin order but hindutva supporters are anti caste and believe caste will destroy hinduism and believe caste is the reason so many hindus convert to other faiths.
