ok... i just finished the college search and out of those colleges, PURDUE UNIVERSITY has the best engineering program out of all those colleges... hands down. Purdue is second after Cornell in engineering. Your cousin should go to Purdue University. I was gonna go there too if it wasn't for all the money The Ohio State University Honors program was giving me! go for the money! milk em for all they're worth! btw... i'm doing pre-med...

talking about MIT, I just pounced upon thier open courseware initiative...

I find it really incredible as you can get all the material that they teach in their courses.. and anyone can learn the courses being taught there...

take a look

http://ocw.mit.edu/index.html

Here's a description from their site..

"a free and open educational resource for faculty, students, and self-learners around the world. OCW supports MIT's mission to advance knowledge and education, and serve the world in the 21st century. It is true to MIT's values of excellence, innovation, and leadership.

MIT OCW:

* Is a publication of MIT course materials

* Does not require any registration

* Is not a degree-granting or certificate-granting activity

* Does not provide access to MIT faculty"
