Gurdwara Gym

I just come across this clip on youtube of a gym, I'm assuming its in a Gurdwara because they're all Singhs training there. Does anyone know where it is? What days and times is it open?

Looks good, all Singhs training, thats what needs to be happening in every Gurdwara around the globe. Aswell as building fitness/good health it also build unity amongst the Singhs.

SUNDAY – Gym (Weights) + Kickboxing (Advance)

Olympic Wrestling is available aswell you will have to come down and find more on that with the sevadaars

Always 7pm-9pm
