kachera is to symbolise, as well as take active duty in the concept of chastity.. self-control of our body n mind, so we dont loose our soul.

and to say no to shivlings! hehe!! :D :D jus joking bout the ling thing..

its one ofour 5 kakaars. gifts to us from guru ji.

i also think that, from living by the 5 K's, we train ourselves, body n mynd to awaken our gifts that god has given us, that lay dormant within us. because we have 5 senses, but then, we also have gifts from god himself that, once awakned, if re-invested into naam, from going 100 mph, you will break the sound barrier.. if u get what i mean... if not, it dnt reely mater! :D :D

so, i think it starts from our rehet and 5'ks...... (well one of the many pathways that one is given in sikhi... this is y ppl say sikhi is easy and hard at the same time too!!), ......n then from this, we excel.. (no not the spred sheet!! :D :D)

but neway, this is jus a braim stormer..

fateh

You have to pesh before Panj Piyaare and they do Ardas for you. If you remove any kakkar besides kachera, such as kirpan which we have to remove on flights, you can do Ardas and seek forgiveness. If you remove kachera, you have to pesh before Panj Piyaare and have an Ardas done by them.

Whether the washed Kasheraa is wet or dry it should be put on. When removing the Kasheraa only one leg should be removed and put into the new Kasheraa.
