Rss Sohi Trying To Shut Down Punjabi And Gatka Classes - Havelock Road

Himmat Sohi president of Singh Sabha Havelock Road, is trying to shut down Punjabi classes and gatka classes at Havelock road Gurdwara, about 300 children including my own attend these classes. We all feared the worst when he won the elections earlier this year, but to stoop this low, he has said the young sevadars who run the classes are creating bhindrawale di fauj, he hates anyone who wears the uniform of our father Guru Gobind Singh ji.

He also told them not to do gatka at last weeks Nagar Kirtan in Southall, but they went ahead and it was a fantastic day which all the sangat and children enjoyed.

Tomorrow there will be a meeting with Sohi and a decision will be made but he may have bitten off more then he can chew this time, with 300 children and their parents backing the sevadars who run the classes this could escalate into something alot bigger and show Sohi for the RSS agent he is!!....

Simple plan is to vote this guy out. If he isn't an RSS agent and is just a mindless politician show him this so he understand what it means to be a Sikh at the meeting. Everyone will support your cause once you establish your grounds.

@singh559 paji its not as easy as that, he was voted in, im sure most know the details as there have been several threads about the elections so i wont go into too much detail, a 3rd party joined the voting this year and effectivly split the vote handing Sohi victory. Though saying this the parents are all prepared to hold a protest and bring the media into this if need be.

also sorry the meeting was last night in private between Kulbir Singh who runs the classes and Sohi, hopefuly we will find out today what the outcome is, if its not good then Ek0sikh we will need all the support we can get to either remove Sohi or change his mind!

They also want to remove Sant Jis pic from the langar hall their excuse is that they want to teach Guru Nanaks ideology lol and claim they want Guru Nanaks pic instead I say keep Sant Jis pic if not then remove every Sikh pic in the Gurdwara and restore it to it's architectural beauty like before Havelock ain't designed to have pics or nails banged in to the Walls. But now Sant Jis pic is up it should under no circumstance be removed Sohi already removed the small pic of Sant Ji and the other small one of destroyed Akal Takht at park ave in his last term the big one remains but for how long Sohis job is to please local Hindus and MP Sharma and Indian govt in the name of Bhai chara watch how he goes on about this so called Bhai chara and relations with the Southall mandirs on tv most recently in the Sikh tv programme on Southall nagar kirtan he was yapping away gd thing was they also interviewd singhs who said their aim is Khalistan this must of shook Sohi up when he watched the programme .Sohi also opposed the banning if Hindus from voting in the last AGM they were banned as per constitution regardless thanks to sangat who said only Sikhs should vote As a result of this there was no violence in the elections as the Bhaman vote bank Sohi had would stir up violence on both sides then they would call the police to make us look bad and tell old aunties oh you never get fights in a mandir and so on in the end Sohi is with Anti Sikh Labour mp sharma and will work to please him we all know how sharma called Sikhs terrorists in the last local elections but Sikhs still voted for that dog Bhaman sharma over Sardar Gurcharan Singh as Gurcharan is not a Sohi supporter Sohi lot used that against him and openly supported Sharma to call him a Khalistani terrorist and so on The Gurdwara may be more secure in terms of Maryada ,maintenance and professionalism but in it is going down the drain panthic wise day by day once again I stand against the removal of Sant Jis pics

meeting was last night....just spoke to class organiser and the committee have backed off, but want all teachers to undergo a crb check, after his snide comments he has gone back and said it was not his intention to close the classes, even though he has not tried to hide the fact he does not like this young group of sevadar due to their image...(wearing Guru jis bana)
