lately, i made some promises to guru ji and i kept them strong for about 4 months now...i promised that i wouldn't get caught up any kaam activities (i did not engage in pre marital sex or anything, no bujjer kerhit was commited) but it was things like watching porn or going to those online web cam things.... i'm so ashamed of my self that I couldn't resist anymore and went to those sites....i feel horrible....i make these promises to guru ji and then i'm strong on them for a while and then kaam takes over and you just don't know what takes over you..your not you anymore after its only after that you come to your senses....i feel like crying and feel so bad right now...i'm only 22 and i dont want to do this at all!!! it kills me after! will guru ji even consider forgiving a gareeb like me? i feel horrible!

hey panji or singh... wt u did is wrong yes, but remember guru ji forgives always.... that is wt meks Him so great.. i too have dont things in the past that i sed i wudnt do n i have failed, n i stil am failing... but remeber u have a long way to go, there will always be mistakes and truths in ur life.. i mean if you never made a mistake then u wud b sum human, but tha fact that u did doesnt make u bad... hus mean u gotta keep trying... n honeslty as for tha porn STOP watching that crap mayn... that meks u feel dirty n gives u dirty thought, okay everyt1 has dirty thought but dont amplify them by watching porn.. every1 has watched porn in their life, just depend on hw far u take!!

This problem of Kaam is very serious. Whether you believe me or not, is your choice, it is my personal experience, fighting this evil. There are many Gurbani tuks on this thief(1 of 5 in Kalyug), but this is my personal thing. My guru's grace, i reached a stage, but did not stop from kaam, as I did not understand this enemy. I thought it was just a thought in my mind, and its not like its real. BUT, i lost the stage, and i will regret forever. Kalyug is an actual living, breathing, thinking enemy that is plundering the world. It is no fairy tale, this enemy exists and we face him more than we realize. This thing deals with more of a practical spiritual plane. It attacks us through thoughts and influencing our mind. Once, I left my body and merged completely into my soul and its surroundings(so i was in spiritual plane.). This enemy looks like the thoughts of kaam which we imagine, respective of gender, but if we start japping naam as it is standing in front of us, its true form is seen. It is dark, hideous, scarier than anything on this earth, which can only be understood if you meet it face to face. The main weapon it cannot bear is Naam simran, bani, etc. Whatever you do, do not indulge in the five thieves, because their only goal is to steal your kamayee, make you fall to the falsehood of the world, causing you to forget the real reason you are here- to meet Waheguru. If you fall to them, not only do you fall spiritually(my personal experience), You will face dukh on this earth, face dukh when the angels of death(jamdoot) beat you(you are soul in reality) when they take you away from this temporary home of the human body, face the dukh of hell(narak), then face the dukh of chaurasi lakh joon(tranmigration of 8.4 million forms you- the soul- have to go through) in which there is only dukh.

Why indulge in something that will only cause you pain for eternity because of what you plant within these 50-100 years of life in the human form? It requires a practical spiritual understanding, by the grace of Dhan Sri Guru Granth Sahib Ji, to percieve the true roop of the enemy, but just on wisdom and practical experience from a fellow Sikh(me by the grace of the Guru), take my advice and fight these evils. Because if you don't, then you will regret what you did after you die, because even though you do not see the soul or spiritual planes while in this human form, everything becomes real after death, you will die, I will die, and everything that Guru ji has taught will become very clear after you die. The illusion of this fake world will slip away and you will see the truth, that you are the soul. Don't make the same mistake I did, please.

Yes, there is still hope, you still have time to regret, repent, and reform yourself. After we die, we regret and repent, but by then its too late. Take action now before death takes you, because as Guru ji has said, there is no-knowing when death will strike you in the head.

How to fight? Do as much Naam Simran as possible, preferable start by setting small goal with a mala, like 1 mala,2,3,etc., and further progress. Read as much bani as possible, and preferably take Guru ka Amrit. Guru ji then himself protects his Sikh who adheres to rehit. Also many mahapursh like Baba Nand Singh Ji Nanaksar Kaleran Wale have said narrated :

"

. Baba nand singh jee used to listen to 5 sri sukhmani sahib de paat from their sewak. Baba Nand singh jee specialy recognised the power of sukhmani sahib. There was a time at nanaksar when kaljug wanted to interfere with the bhagti going on there. Baba nand singh did hukam to start a 24 hour , day and night sukhmani sahib paat akhand paat , which is still going 2day at nanaksar at the same place. Kaljug themselves said to baba ji , there is one thing i can't bear and that is sukhmani sahib ! Baba ji laughed and said you yourselves have given us the solution to the problem, we will now never stop sukhmani sahib here! In nanaksar great stress is laid on sukhmani sahib, and all mahapurshs of nanaksar ( baba isher singh ji, baba kundan singh ji, baba sadhu singh ji, poojniye baba gurdev singh jee and so on) do numerous paats of sri sukhmani sahib in their nitnem, and tell others to do it ( aap jape , avreh naam japaveh.)......"

So please start to walk on the right path, I GUARANTEE, that by Guru ji's grace, you will with time, as this enemy gets frustrated from you fighting him(through naam) his attacks will become bolder and he will blow his cover. You will see him in his true form. Yes, as his influence upon you decreases, he will soon try to control and take over your body, causing your body to indulge in Kaam, against your will. At that moment, start doing Waheguru simran and repel his attack! Or else you will fall spiritually. If you fall, don't lose hope!!! Only after falling does one learn how to stand(I have fallen many times). Learn how this enemy attacks you so you can defend yourself in the future. Then a point will come when Shaheed Singh's will help you fight( for this most preferably take Amrit paan). Then a point will come when by the hukam of Waheguru that this enemy is eradicated from your mind forever!!!!!!!!!!!!!

After you die, you will be very thankful that you followed Sri Guru Maharaj ji's hukam, because there you will be alone, and Sri Guru Maharaj Ji protects you Hazar Nazar, and takes you within his Sharan.....

Please my brother, don't waste this human life, you will not get another chance, it only comes once, start RIGHT NOW, follow Dhan Sri Guru Granth Sahib Maharaj Ji's hukam, take Guru ka Amrit, and fulfill your coming into this world!!!!!!!!!

Waheguru Ji ka Khalsa, Waheguru Ji ki Fateh!!!!!!!!

oh, and, jus to add, khalsa are those that fight all the time.. khalsa so jo kare nit jung.

we are to fight eminies. emenimies, come in all forms. and we cant just go to battle, without proper training. this is basic logic.

the training for the mind is to wake up early in the morning. a physical test that lets your train for battles. to learn to fight with your own mind in the form of fighting away your sleep, is the base that sikh peole should do. from this, self control is learned. then, one learns how to concentrate away problems of the mind. i.e. kaam. and other things.

and this is getting up at AV (amritvela) and doing naam simran / the 5 bania. tbh, i dont get up AV, used to tho, (and shud get bak into it!) and, it is somthing that i recoment to all! learn to fight with yourself, in the eaisest of ways (tho its a challange) then fight with yourself with the bigger problems. which are the 5 rog of this body. plus nindya.. guru G equates nindya to as bad as being a bajjar kurehet if u read bani carefully... jus to add..

see this is where i gt confused jpsingh2... i fink lust is when your being a buit dirty ino that sounds weird i mean like when you look at loads of peopel and think dirty thought but sex hmm if its between usband and wife then yeah its normal... but i dont knwo becuase you can have girlfriend and boyfriend that sleep with each other that are in love.. but its a bad shame when they break up

Yes there is a difference - but there similarities as well - Because of the Lust you want to have sex - if you have sex you develope lust . So do you see the point?

It isn´t forbidden to have sex - but we need to control our lust - because this makes us think bad about other Women/men. We forget our Husband/wife -. and think of other people wrongly and thats bad! This can go further until you become obssessed.

You CAN only have SEX if you are married . If you do it before you just can´t control yourself . There is a big lack of self control then.. You are the master of your body - and you have to realise it.

So you CAN have a girlfirend .. but this relation should not be based on lust - because this is all maya - wordly pleasures. They just hold on for a while may be 10 -20 min if you have sex - I don´t know. You can control every part of your body - use it as a advantage.

The love propagted in the world isn´t real love... Thats just advertisment

Love is if you see the person you love happy - doesn´t matter which way he/she choose.

Here in western world they made sex objects out of women - in early age they start make up and wear short dress etc...
