Guru sahib calls them fools who do this left to right nostril breathing yoga for trying to keep the body from falling apart and from becoming jivan mukt. Bhagat Jaidev ji is not agreeing with it in his bani but telling the right way of leaving this left and right nostril and joining to naam simran. Sikhnet purposely present Gurbani wrong to favor their kundalini yoga cult.

Anyone that is the son or daughter of Guru Gobind Singh Sahib ji must read the above shabad posted and spread this message to all the Sikhs who are doing all these different kinds of yoga. It is your duty as the son or daughter of Guru Gobind Singh Sahib ji to spread this message far an wide to all Sikhs. Summer is just rolling around the corner and the yoga misguided instructors will be tricking Sikhs and others into paying them big amounts of money to attend their false camps. If you want your brothers and sister to be saved from these false camps, then spread the above Shabad like wild fire and don't stop till these yoga false teachers are driven out to the woods where they belong. Guru Nanak Dev ji went to teach the yogis the truth. The yogis did not teach Guru Nanak Dev ji the truth. Gur Shabad is the stick that will beat these yogis into shape.

Wake up Sikhs. It's not time to sleep. Your Sikhi is being robbed right before your eyes. Time to arm yourself with the Gur Shabad and defeat these fraudulent people one more time as Guru Nanak Dev ji did.
