Very strange & surprising contradictory actions by the same Ruling Party

2 very contradictory actions being seen by myself in India -

1st in Punjab where SAD (badal) controlled SGPC and SAD (Badal) led Hooligan's (Bandar Sena), don't want the 1984 June Momorial in Darbaar Sahib??? Prakash Singh Badal did Gaddari with Sant Ji and Sikh-Panth, hence he earned the titled "GADDAR-E-KAUM", so what is his fear on Sant Jarnail Singh Khalsa Bhindranwale name/photo (on clock) inside the memorial.

2nd contradictory action by the same group - Manjit Singh G.K. (Head - DSGMC), part of SAD(Badal) group announced construction of a memorial at Guru Rakab Ganj Sahib just opposite to Parliament. NOW, THIS IS A VERY DARING STEP AND HAS BEEN THE DEMAND FOR LONG, AND I RESPECT THIS DECISION, BUT WHY THE SAME GADDAR BADAL AND SGPC (CONTROLLED BY P.S.BADAL) IS CREATING NUISANCE OVER JUNE 1984 MEMORIAL AND SANT JI NAME ON IT.

SGPC removes wall clock with Bhindranwale's photo

The Shiromani Gurdwara Parbandhak Committee (SGPC) today removed a wall clock with the photograph of Jarnail Singh Bhindranwale inside Operation Bluestar Memorial and replaced it with
another one.

There has been tension between the SGPC and the Damdami Taksal with the latter dedicating the memorial to Bhindranwale and other "martyrs" of Operation Bluestar.

Earlier, the SGPC had turned around a "golak" at the memorial with Bhindranwale's name inscribed on it.

However, there are five more sites where his name remains engraved- two marble plaques atop the memorial entrance, two aluminum plaques on both sides of the staircase leading to the memorial and another mentioning the history of Operation Bluestar on the left side of the entrance.

Meanwhile, with Akal Takht Jathedar in New Delhi, no talks have yet been held with Taksal chief Baba Harnam Singh Khalsa to resolve the issue.

How about purchasing and putting a sant ji's sticker on the golak of the gurdwara they can keep removing it all they want but they cant stop everyone

The photo of sant ji should be put back up but we shouldnt stop there the photos of shaheeds bhat satwant singh and bhai beant singh should also be put up

The reason is that it weakens their main political foe - Congress. And guess who comes and mops up the votes that Congress will lose ? This is a good idea for them as it is a constant reminder of what Congress did in 1984. Don't think it is because they have sympathy with the Panth or want justice.....it is a stick which they can beat Congress with. Even BJP who hate Sikhs keep bringing up Delhi 1984....it is more because they hate Congress than anything else.

It is good that the memorial is being built but we need to understand WHY they are doing it.

To add to the above. The main difference is that BJP supports the June 1984 ghalugara but not the Delhi one. They criticise Congress for Delhi 1984 and Congress criticise them for Gujarat 2002. They are both the same....genocide of minorities is acceptable to both of them.

A precedent has been set by Sant Jee's picture. Even if they remove it now, because it was there once it will be back up again, if not sooner then it will happen later.

To add to that the reason ragiv gandhi won a landslide election after his mom was sent to hell was he used the hate the country had toward the sikhs to his advantage and ran his whole campaign on it so the right wing hindu nuts who usually vote bjp voted congress the very same fanatics who murdered and raped our people all over india

I remember seeing a photo of sant ji in the langar hall at darbar sahib. Is it still there?

And there were photos at the Ajaib Ghar also are they still there?

So why remove this one?

You can buy photos and books about sant ji from the shops outside Darbar Sahib and yet they're worried about a clock.
