** Sant Dhadrianwale Speak-Up ** Question Punjab Politics & Silence Of Leaders - Fake Encounters Admitted By Punjab Police Officer Surjit Singh

Recommended Posts

If non Sikhs are expressing concern over the Genocide why are our 'Panthic leaders' so scared to say anything? It really makes me think hard about the motives of most of the leaders of our Jathebhandis. Seems like the Sarna and Badal camps are both united on this issues together with their religious leader allies.

Ottawa (July 23, 2013): Canada’s opposition parties, the NDP and Liberals have both expressed concern over the threats to Punjab Police whistleblower sub inspector Surjit Singh.

Last week, Canada’s Official Opposition, the NDP issued a statement expressing concerns over Surjit Singh’s safety and the importance of allowing him to tell his story to investigators and the courts. This week, WSO has received correspondence from the Liberal Party of Canada’s Foreign Affairs critic Dominic LeBlanc expressing concern over the issue.

WSO had reached out to Canadian MPs to ask that they do all they can to impress upon Indian authorities to provide SI Surjit Singh who faces serious threats after revealing that he had killed 83 Sikh men in fake encounters on the orders of his superior officers in the Punjab Police. He also provided details on brutal torture and other abuses that were perpetrated by the Punjab Police in the late 80s and early 90s.

In a letter addressed to WSO President, Prem Singh Vinning, Liberal Foreign Affairs critic Mr. Leblanc wrote:

“The Liberal Party of Canada finds Sub Inspector Singh’s allegations very troubling. So as to properly defend this whistleblower, we call upon the Canadian government to encourage India to protect Sub Inspector Surjit Singh. We understand the seriousness of this matter, as witnessed by the disappearance of Human Rights activist Jaswant Singh Khalra who received similar threats.

We are hopeful that an appropriate process can be put in place to verify the details of these allegations. Such a process must be open, independent and credible and the investigation into these allegations must have the trust of all people involved and concerned. There needs to be a fair and independent process that will promote meaningful truth and reconciliation.

The Liberal Party of Canada will continue to monitor the situation we look forward to working together on these important issues.”

WSO will continue to monitor the situation and do all it can to ensure Surjit Singh’s story is properly investigated and the truth continues to come to light.

The World Sikh Organization of Canada (WSO) is a non-profit organization with a mandate to promote and protect the interests of Canadian Sikhs as well as to promote and advocate for the protection of human rights for all individuals, irrespective of race, religion, gender, ethnicity, and social and economic status.

looks like after serving Badal barfi for years the SS have now jumped on the issue:

It's like swinging a golf club and hitting nothing. Hoping the crowd just gets lost in the swing and forgets about the actual point of the game. Boycott these propaganda machines. They live off of sangats money..............not hard to cut their lights off, if the Khalsa Panth takes a stand and draws the line in the sand. Make these Brahmins beg for money and food.

Not heard much from the Sant Samaj after they said they would take up the issue of false encounters.

Innocents listed as militants, HC told
Punjab Police DSP makes shocking disclosure of the trend during the militancy days
Tribune News Service

Chandigarh, September 7
In a shocking revelation, a Punjab Police officer has told the Punjab and Haryana High Court that the names of people going abroad during the days of militancy in Punjab were mentioned in the list of hardcore terrorists.

Whosoever went abroad during the period of terrorism in Punjab, his name was mentioned in the list of hardcore terrorists, said Banga Deputy Superintendent of Police (DSP) Bhagwant Singh during the resumed hearing on a criminal petition filed by Shingara Singh.

He was seeking directions to the Punjab Police to delete his name from a list of “non-hardcore terrorists” maintained in the police records of Behram police station in Nawanshahr district. Shingara Singh contended that he was never involved in any criminal case during his entire life.

In his affidavit, the Banga DSP admitted that “during the period of terrorism, the names of the persons who went abroad, as per a report of the Crime Branch, CID Security and Secret Information, were mentioned in the list of hardcore terrorists”.

The DSP, in his affidavit, also admitted there was no record available with the police showing involvement of the petitioner in terrorist activities. “The police has no objection if his name was ordered to be deleted from the list of non-hardcore terrorists.”

Taking serious exception to the contents of the affidavit, Justice Ram Chander Gutpa orally expressed his shock and dismay over the statement and also the conduct of the police in not deleting the name of the petitioner from the list of non-hardcore terrorists and instead leaving it to the High Court to order deletion of his name from the list. Justice Gupta, however, adjourned the hearing to October 1.

badal and co want to remain in power. So they are putting this issue under the carpet. But they cann't do it forever.

To them power is more important than justice for people who lost their loved ones.

Sarna is an agent of agencies and congress.he will speak what they tell him to speak.

    • Found how to do it. For anybody else wondering, heres how. No one even helped me btw. So much for Guru Ji’s lhalsa always ready to help (and having their Singhs’ backs smh). (Notes: Aim to do this on a hot summer’s day, and dedicate a full day to this, since you only have to do this once every 4 months at least (normally the turban will stay in shape until you wish to untie it and physically pull it open again). This helps it to dry faster, since you have to starch it, HALF DRY IT, pooni it, tie it and then wear it for around four hours for the rest of it to dry, all in the same day. It’s a one day process but it serves you for months). This works for both the UK/Kenyan style (starch is best for this style) as well as the normal Punjabi paghs (such as Patiala shahi, wattan wali and morni paghs). Not sure about dumallas though. Probably not . Pagg Starch: 1) Boil 6 cups of water in a saucepan on low heat (always low heat) 2) Seperately dissolve 4 tablespoons of maida (all purpose flower) with a little water until it is 100% smooth.  You could also use rice or corn starch. Add more water if it is not a smooth liquid 3) Once completely smooth, pour this mixture through a strainer (to make it even smoother) into the boiling water. 4) Now continuously stir it until it goes completely see through. Keep on stirring it on the low heat until it goes totally transparent (it can take a little while to cook, but the pagg will last you for months!) It will at become a thick paste first, but keep stirring until it becomes see through and thinner.    5) Once it’s transparent, pour the starch (again through a strainer) into a big enough, clean bucket to cool down. 6) Once cool, take a clean, dry turban and completely and mix it in with the starch for around 5 minutes. Make sure that it is all evenly and completely soaked and wet with the starch. (Most people use mal-mal material, but I use full voile and I have used Rubia too. They’re all fine. Maybe use Rubin for smaller turbans and mal mal for larger ones) 7) Leave it out in the sun to HALF DRY ONLY!!!!!!! (Don’t ever let your starched turban fully dry before you tie it. If you do, then you will have to spray/ sprinkle water on it which will weaken the starch and ruin the turban) ONLY HALF DRY THE TURBAN IN THE SUN!!! 😎 Once HALF DRY ONLY take the now semi damp turban, and fold/pooni and then tie it like normal (straight on your head, with no base layer such as a Keski or patka underneath). Leave it on your head for around 4 hours just to fully dry and it will be ready and set for months now. Like I said, do try to tie your dastar every day, but if you can’t or really don’t want to, I hope this helps! Like I said this works on both the traditional Punjabi/Indian style paggs, and the more recent UK/Kenyan style paggs. It does for my morni pagg, but the first larr slips up in to the pagg. This is normal dw. Wjkk, Wjkf
    • I guess easier ways of learning have taken precedence. There are so many Youtube channels and podcasts available that people are more ready to listen for knowledge at their own leisure. There are so many great kathas available online that take months to listen, so that people may not really get the time to come here and write.
    • *Bump The current conflict (w/ Iran getting involved) is being orchestrated by a 3rd party in my opinion. We all are going to blame the Jewish community (how they run the banks, how they are brutal and etc.) but they have a point in this conflict.  As soon as people start finding about the truth that's when the real movement will begin.

    • Might delay Sikhs becoming a minority in Punjab for a few more years.  Do these students actually study and work in a related field after their course or is it purely for immigration?
