SOPW:

* ON DAY 41 OF HIS HUNGER STRIKE - GURBAKSH SINGH LEADS THE SANGAT TO BURAIL JAIL, DEMANDING THE 'BURAIL JAIL THREE' ARE RELEASED *

Even though he has not eaten for 41 days, Gurbaksh Singh's spirit is stronger than ever, as he took the lead and headed a march to Burail Jail, where Lakhwinder Singh, Gurmit Singh and Shamsher Singh have been due to come out on parole, for some days now. The authorities have taken the past few days to get their paperwork in order, but tomorrow (Christmas Day) is a holiday in India, so if they are not released today, the earliest this can then happen is, Thursday.

SOPW:

* AKAL TAKHT ISSUES A HUKAMNAMA TO BHAI GURBAKSH SINGH TO END HIS HUNGER STRIKE *

The 'panj pyare' have issued a hukamnama to Gurbaksh Singh to bring to an end his 41 day old hunger strike. Gurbaksh Singh has returned to Amb Sahib Gurdwara after an earlier visit to Burail Jail, where he met with the authorities. The latest information from them is that certain formalities must be followed and within the next day or two the 'Burail Jail Three' will be free. We have spoken to the family of Gurmit Singh and can confirm that they are in Patiala to fulfill Bhai Sahib's bail bond.

Meanwhile, Bhai Gurbaksh Singh has requested to meet with the 'panj pyare' who issued the hukamnama, at Amb Sahib Gurdwara in Mohali.

WE HAVE JUST RECEIVED THIS PHOTO OF THE AKAL TAKHT HUKAMNAMA ISSUED TO GURBAKSH SINGH KHALSA, TODAY.

So, it is a disrespect of Hukamnama from Sri Akal Takht Sahib as it is signed by 5 Singh Sahibans?

Bhai Gurbaksh Singh ji said they will respect the Hukamnama from Sri Akaal Takhat Sahib and will end the fast soon - maybe tomorrow 25/12/2013 at the earliest. They asked Giani Gurbachan Singh to come to Amb Sahib for a meeting tomorrow 25/12/2013.
