Should Gurudawaras Implement Strict Dress Codes?

The last decade or so has seen a lot of change in the way people dress up in Gurdwaras. Although we cannot implement anything, but maybe parchar should be done to people do dress more modestly. Wearing hooker style makeup, leggings, tight and revealing clothing is not appropriate in a Gurdwara. Unfortunately this has become the new norm in Gurdwaras in the west. In a Gurdwara at least a person should dress up to please the Guru instead of attracting the gaze of the opposite sex.
