United States 2016 Presidential Candidates (Politics)

Are you for reals? What would you have had her do? sit here and let her leak out during the deposition? She pulled out the pump after they refused to give her the break. What on earth did you expect her to do. If you needed the toilet and couldn't hold it in what would you do?

Yes, I am. How do you know for sure she really had to go? And not simply prolong this dog and pony show?

That was the legal fees for the law suit as she lost. How is this not trivial? can you actually compare this to let's say a meeting regarding international affairs for the future of a country? This incident would have hardly bankrupted him as the lawsuit

I'm sorry but that is an ignorant statement. Costs is not your own legal fees but the feel of those who you summoned to court. Under English law if I were to sue you and lose, I would have to pay for your legal fees. Under American law, you lose or win, you and I pay for our own legal costs. However in certain exemptions, the judge can rule the losing party to pay legal costs of the winning party. This is why Trump obtaining costs was made such a big deal as more then likely this was a frivolous lawsuit to begin with. it may or may not have bankrupted him however it drag his good name through the mud and that too for a frivolous law suit. This is why Trump was angry. Furthermore, this would be one of many, many more lawsuits to come.

To understand what I mean by frivolous lawsuits to damage ones reputation, check out what's happening to Bill Cosby of late.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/English_rule_(attorney%27s_fees)

certainly not. However it would paint the entire country in a bad light. How would the Chinese feels if he passed a remark about them? or even any other country? the whole point of being a world leader is taking the fire but keeping your cool along side actually have the proper tools to handle and defuse any incident that may occur.

Nothing would have happened. The Chinese need the US more then the US needs China. Nobody is going to give up billions of dollars worth of trade that favors your country over some stupid remarks made on twitter. I'm sorry but in the real world, it's the dollar signs that has the final say and not someone's bruised ego. If you believe the success of a countries foreign policies are based on a leaders 'niceness' with other leaders, you are very, very naive.

Things don't go 'sour' between nations over comments in twitter. Sorry but that is not how the world works. Recently Indian PM Modhi was denied Visa to the US. This is a real insult to a leader from another nation, far greater then whatever Trump posted on twitter. When PM Modhi finally received his Visa and arrived in the US, there was no official reception from the US and he was ignored. What happened between US and India's relationship? Last time I checked they're still friends.

When Obama became POTUS in his first term, he returned Churchill's bust to the UK. He also gave an Ipod full of his speeches to the Queen of England. The UK retaliated by not inviting the POTUS and family to the royal wedding. The whole world was invited except the POTUS Obama. What happened? Nothing. UK and US still allies.

Chavez called President Obama a clown. Did anything happen? Nope. US and Venezuela are still friends.

When Cameron visited China, they made fun of him in their newspapers claiming Britain is just an island nation. Did anything bad happen? Nope. Still friends.

Want me to provide you more?

BTW, your analogy is poor. The Chinese are not taking Trump to court over some frivolous lawsuit.

on such shallow means? I already asserted beforehand that was the only incident I was aware of. I'm probably the prime example of the ignorant masses. Every little thing makes a difference and if he can't keep his cool in the light of something like this how on earth does it make him leadership material? Are you now asserting that we should say what we want in the face of another world leader. Let us assume these rumors are 100% accurate. Would you be happy if your leader went and did something like that to a foreign diplomat. Sure it wouldn't declare war but would likely make things a tad sour between countries.

OMG, he just made a couple of brash statement on twitter. He didn't exactly go out and beat some people up or shoot up a movie theater. Peoples skins are a lot thicker then what you perceive it to be.

If my leader made such statements? Nope. Like I said, people are not so thin skinned and in the real world it's money that count. What i would look for in a leader is in his ability to lead. I'm not looking for someone who is 'polished' and 'well spoken' like some butler you see in English movies. Sorry, those may be nice traits but those are not the main traits you look for in a leader. At the end of the day Trump won and that makes him a winner and someone who knows what he's doing. Thats what I'm looking for, results and not cheap talk.

So a successful multimillionaire who has patented his last name and has his own reality tv show is not fit for the Oval office because of some brash comments he made on twitter? I'm sorry but thats really shallow.

A good leader in my opinion is someone who knows their stuff, is willing to take difficult decisions but at the same time remain calm and keep his temper at all times.

Give me a name among today's current leaders. Your ideals are lofty. I would like to see who this 'God like' person is. LOL!

PS

How did you ascertain he was 'not calm' and 'lost his temper' over comments made in twitter? 'Calm, temper', these are emotional traits that can only be witnessed through physical acts, eg. shouting. How did you come to the conclusion he lost his temper and calm via twitter comments?

Kira

I agree with you completely. Kudos to you for your humility and maturity.

Balancing decency with truth, the best I can do is say Trump is an <banned word filter activated>.

I try not to get politics from memes, but they do sum it up quite well.

Can you post a link to your allegations? Once again, looks like 'leftist media drivebys'. Do you actually believe everything that appears in the media?

Yes, I am. How do you know for sure she really had to go? And not simply prolong this dog and pony show?

A deposition isn't the same as a court battle lmao. She asked for a medical break, she even said she had expected to receive one but trump and the lawyers insisted on an earlier lunch. She wanted to do the pumping then, the receipts from the deposition ordering lunch confirm that.

This is why Trump obtaining costs was made such a big deal as more then likely this was a frivolous lawsuit to begin with. it may or may not have bankrupted him however it drag his good name through the mud and that too for a frivolous law suit

His good name? lmao. Alright.

OMG, he just made a couple of brash statement on twitter. He didn't exactly go out and beat some people up or shoot up a movie theater. Peoples skins are a lot thicker then what you perceive it to be.

He also gave out a senator's private number to the press and told them to give it a call and the number went through lol. And this time before you comment this was during a press conference, so it's hardly "propaganda". YOu don't even need to look further than his own twitter feed, he happily disses anyone who disagrees with him. If you think that's the format for a good leader then go for it lmao.

So a successful multimillionaire who has patented his last name and has his own reality tv show is not fit for the Oval office because of some brash comments he made on twitter? I'm sorry but thats really shallow.

Only on twitter? Yeah you should see some of his speeches as well. He's childish and immature, not to mention his ego is bigger than the size of texas. Yes that's definetely leadership material. tell you what by your logic every billionaire is fit to lead.

Give me a name among today's current leaders. Your ideals are lofty. I would like to see who this 'God like' person is. LOL!

I never said I had a name among current leaders lmao. Their ideals any good leader should encompass. Maturity, rationality and a link to the common people. Trump loves bringing up the fact he's a success story. He also enjoys getting into petty squabbles and takes no time in spitting back fire. All the examples you aforementioned were by people who have a slightest bit of maturity. Had that been trump he would have made it escalate further with more insults.

If you feel the need to back Trump then go for it. He seems like an egotistical manchild that will whine and complain if he doesn't get his toy.

Pumping milk out of your breasts isn't exactly a 'medical break'. LOL! What will you tell us next. Somebody had to call the medics? LOL!!! Mouth to breast resuscitation? LMAO!!!!! What drama and theatrics. You have talent. Maybe you can direct a couple of 'Hindi movies'. LOL!!!!

His good name? lmao. Alright.

Have you patented your last name and received money for it? At best you probably have a bumper sticker. LOL!

So? Ooooh what naughty boy he's been huh? If he did that as POTUS there would be world war 3 huh? LOL!!!!

It's called 'speaking your mind'. Let's see, I'd rather take a chance with billionaire then someone who has never ran a 7/11 store and appears eloquent and have nice speeches. So you would equate a billionaire to someone who works cleaning aisles at Walmart? LOL! Why don't you try to make a billion and get back to us?

Yes I know. You're probably waiting for Guardian or Daily Mail or some other leftist rag to tell you how to think and who would make a great leader.

You clearly have no idea how a post-pregnant mother has/deals with certain issues. It's a valid excuse lol she asked for it, didn't receive it so she was left with no choice but to do it during the deposition. I wonder if you talk to your own mother like that lmao.

Have you patented your last name and received money for it? At best you probably have a bumper sticker. LOL!

Yes because Money=Good name. Those poor simpletons who try to do good in the world but haven't a penny to their name. What a bunch of evil, vicious people.

So? Ooooh what naughty boy he's been huh? If he did that as POTUS there would be world war 3 huh? LOL!!!!

The fact that you can't see he's at fault is only further proving you see the sun shining out of Trump's <banned word filter activated>. But you're right. Next time a foreign Diplomat will insult Trump he should just release their public details to the press. As any mature person would do.

You're right. If someone's mind suddenly has a racist thought they should gather the press and say it. Speaking your mind ladies and gentlemen lmao.

Yes I know. You're probably waiting for Guardian or Daily Mail or some other leftist rag to tell you how to think and who would make a great leader.

How lmao? The fact that you think politeness and maturity is a bad thing in a leader is a massively stupid thing for anyone to say. Were our Guru Sahib's bad leaders then? they spoke politely and with the utmost maturity to anyone, even their opponents. I think not. Rather than measuring people on their wealth actually try and measure it based on their intelligence, maturity, rationality and reaction to stress.

The fact you want to defend Trump's actions show you're nothing more than the type of person who is happy letting someone get away with literally anything. Trump could murder someone and you would blame the victim. Trump could insult Sikhs worldwide and you'd literally just blame them and consider Trump infallible.

Grow up, no one in this world is perfect. Especially not someone like Trump who considers Wealth the most important thing in the world.

It's about religious people not having to participate in a gay event like a gay wedding. You do realize that eventually we are also going to get hit with this, right? There is another thread where some women are petitioning that Gurdwara's should allow mix marriages.

Oh please enough already. LOL! I already can see the script for a nice Hindi movie. LOL!!!

Yes because Money=Good name. Those poor simpletons who try to do good in the world but haven't a penny to their name. What a bunch of evil, vicious people.

You still don't get it huh? Maybe I should use color pencils and crayons? LOL! Ok, I'll try one more time. Able to make a billion = pure talent.

Are you really this fickle? Somebody call you a name and you go one corner and cry?

You're right. If someone's mind suddenly has a racist thought they should gather the press and say it. Speaking your mind ladies and gentlemen lmao.

Huh? Racism? I thought we talking about some pregnant woman? Where's the racism?

How lmao? The fact that you think politeness and maturity is a bad thing in a leader is a massively stupid thing for anyone to say. Apologize in advance but you sound very young and a bit naive. Don't worry, you'll grow up and realize the world isn't a bed of roses.

Script? lmao. If you feel you lack the maturity to comprehend something like that, its fine with me.

You still don't get it huh? Maybe I should use color pencils and crayons? LOL! Ok, I'll try one more time. Able to make a billion = pure talent.

Please do bring them out. It might help if you got off the net and actually coloured in your Donald Trump pictures. Let me reclarify. You said "his good name" a good name does not equal having an immense amount of wealth. One can be extremely wealthy but at the same time be a horrible individual. If making a billion constitutesa worthy candidate then I guess by your logic every billionaire can run for president and would be an amazing one. Watch out guyz, mark zuckerberg gonna be the next runner.

Are you really this fickle? Somebody call you a name and you go one corner and cry?

The fact that you're trying to overlook the fact he did that is pretty hilarious. If he can't handle something on a lower political stage like that, how do you expect him to handle things in office? how do you expect him to deal with the massive amount of criticism he will receive. I'm glad you phrased it that way because that's exactly what Trump did. The Senator called him a Jackass so Trump insulted him back and then took it a step further. I wonder how he would react if someone leaked his personal details. He would blow up. Bear in mind this is the same guy who said he would date his daughter if she wasn't related to him lmao. Then again he is your hero.

Huh? Racism? I thought we talking about some pregnant woman? Where's the racism?

let me clarify. You said "speaking your mind" cool let's go from there. IF someone has an incredibly racist remark he should just say it, IF someone decides to speak ill of Sikhs he should just say it. Because who cares about thinking and then speaking lmao. Just say whatever comes into your mind and be done with it.

Apologize in advance but you sound very young and a bit naive. Don't worry, you'll grow up and realize the world isn't a bed of roses.

Apologizes in advance but you sound like one of those apologist who seem to enjoy letting people live in the delusion that actions don't have consequences. Don't worry, you'll grow up and grow out of it.

You'd think Trump would be smart enough not to alienate Fox News - possibly the only news network to champion someone of that political hue - but I think his menstruation comments will prove to be a huge own goal.

This US election race is the most interesting that I can remember. Of course, it's all a huge waste of time ultimately, but for the sake of convincing the goyim they have any say in the direction of their pointless lives, these stage-managed productions suggesting democracy is alive and well are a useful distraction.

    • In ultimate truth time is an illusion (Akal). All there is, is present the now. God created itself in many forms to create contrast ( limiting itself in forms)
    • There is a massive difference between the Sikh experience in the UK vs the US. The UK is a much better place to be a Sikh. The biggest difference-maker is population density. According to the 2011 census, there were (at the time) about 432,000 Sikhs in the UK. Accounting for some population growth and uncounted people (such as illegal immigrants), there are probably at least 500,000 Sikhs in the UK today. Now take into consideration that the UK has a population of about 67 million crammed into a relatively small island. And also consider that most of the Sikhs live in certain parts of the UK that have relatively large Sikh populations (e.g. West London, Birmingham area, etc.). There are not official figures on Sikhs in the US, but based on data about people from and Indian background and Punjab-speaking background, 250,000 is probably a very conservative upper bound on the US Sikh population. And then consider that the US is a massive country and has a population of about 330 million. As a consequence, Sikhs are much less visible and much less powerful (as a community) in the US than they are in the UK. In the UK, I feel like most people have an awareness of who Sikhs are. When I have been in the UK, it is a bit of a relief to not feel like I have to constantly point out that I'm not an Arab or a Muslim. In the US, nobody had a clue what a Sikh was when I was growing up. It is getting a bit better now, but it's still not great.   Anyway, aside from how Sikhs are viewed by the general population, I think the population density of Sikhs is most important for the Sikh community itself. It makes for a greater support system for more religiously inclined Sikhs. Further, the critical mass enables people who don't come from religious families to nevertheless gain exposure to Sikhi and get into it as they grow older. That's probably why examples of monay who become Singhs are much more frequent in the UK than in the US.
    • Just found he is Muslim. And he sang the praise of the Khalsa..... amazing.
    • Maybe worth letting some of them join and see what they post as could be people interested in Sikhi from Hindu backgrounds.
    • well so far China has built an outpost inside LOC and the silk road motorway project is moving forward when this completes then it will be easy for China to attack deep into India, pakistan, iran, turkey  and into Europe . Modi will goad then surrender territory to China and then call for boycott of china goods whilst giving multi-million contracts to China's CCP party . Osho was right India is a nation of cowards and two faced people. This is the reward for attacking Harmandir Sahib, killing sant lok and making Gursikhs miserable - destruction by Akal Purakh.
