Sunny Hundal, Malala Yousafzai, Sayeeda Hussain Warsi, Yasmin Alibhai Brown, India Workers Association, Unite Against Fascism and all the trendy left individuals and groups notice their silence on the following. I doubt we will see the this lot march on the Saudia Arabian embassy unlike when they link up to march on against the Israeli embassy!!! The abuse of foreign workers and minorities in the Middle East is bordering on genocide!

Kasturi Munirathinam, originally from the south Indian city of Chennai, had been earning £150 a month while working a cleaner for a household in the Saudi capital.

Her family said that when Ms Munirathinam tried to escape, her employer decided to punish her and cut off her hand.

'When she tried to escape harassment and torture, her right hand was chopped off by the woman employer. She fell down and sustained serious spinal injuries,' her sister, S Vijayakumari, told the Press Trust of India.

'The incident happened after… she complained about torture and non-payment of wages by her employer.' she said.

Ms Munirathinam was taken to hospital in Riyadh and her condition has now reportedly stabilised.

A video has emerged on social media, allegedly showing the moments after Ms Munirathinam was attacked.

'I pleaded with the lady not to harm me but she kicked me, punched me and cut off my arm. I want to go back home. Please help me,' she says in the video according to the Times of India.

'Kasturi's employer was angered after she apprised local officials about the harassment she was facing there, she was not even provided food,' her sister S Vijayakumari told the Press Trust of India news agency.

'When she tried to escape the harassment and torture, her right hand was chopped off by the woman employer. She fell down and sustained serious spinal injuries,' she said.

Sushma Swaraj, India's minister for internal affairs, tweeted about the woman's plight in Saudi Arabia.

'Chopping of hand of Indian lady - We are very much disturbed over the brutal manner in which Indian lady has been treated in Saudi Arabia,' she wrote.

It is thought Ms Munirathinam sought work in Saudi Arabia to help earn money for her husband and four children in India.

Indian foreign ministry spokesperson Vikas Swarup has spoken out against the attack on the Indian woman, telling the Indian Express that India had launched an investigation into the attack and will 'continue to seek justice for the victim'.

'Our embassy in Riyadh has taken up the matter with the Saudi Foreign Office and asked for strict action in the matter and severe punishment for the sponsor,' he said.

He said a case of attempted murder should be lodged against the sponsor 'so that he is punished, if found guilty as per law.'

Why is this Sunny Hundal guy so overrated in England?

He's not even over-rated.

He's the real-life equivalent of an internet troll. He wishes to provoke. There's also an element of him wishing to appear as a kind of "brave" crusading journalist exposing the seedy underbelly of Punjabi culture, laying it bare for the non-Punjabi masses as if he's broken some kind of cultural taboo. It'd be hilarious if it wasn't so hackeneyed. The man's a contrarian, nothing more. It pays the bills. No integrity. These type of individuals can be bought like canned goods.

Why is this Sunny Hundal guy so overrated in England?

Lack of Sikh journalists in England and also because he fits into a particular agenda. He is part of the Political Left, politically correct Social Justice Warrior crowd.

His agenda is to show Sikhs in a negative light as much as possible, in particular Sikh males.

If Sikhs are serving Non-Sikhs (particularly Muslims), he is very positive.

If Sikhs are standing up for Sikh rights, he will ignore or label them as fundamentalists. The irony is that people on his political spectrum do far worse and he keeps very quiet.

If Sikhs are aggrieved, particularly with the grooming cases involving muslims, he will downplay this as much as possible and try to shift and deflect back by showing how muslim women are oppressed or how everyone does it.

If a Sikh female is a victim of grooming by Muslim groups, he will deflect away from the Muslims by placing blame on the Sikh male as much as possible.

In particular with his the intermarriages, he will disregard the facts and try to paint Sikh males in particular as the bad guys and likes to paint this as the evil patriarchy enforcing their power on weak and feeble Sikh females because he is a "feminist" after all.

He is supported by people and institutions on the political left and muslims as well as bolshy Sikh female crowd who never step into Gurdwara unless they are updating their Facebook status of how they are "feeling blessed".

Because of there being a lack of good Sikh journalists that can put facts on the table with balanced view.

The way to counter his BS would be to have a pro-Sikh female journalist who is not aligned with the political left who would present the alternate view and the facts. This will create cognitive dissonance in this agenda.

Now that his articulate brother, jagraj singh (BoS), has come into the limelight, he will mention his brother and the BoS group to get as much publicity as possible! Pure waste of space he is, and a joke of a journo, who sheds buckets of sweat wen confronted on tv.
