Ignorance isn't why they are doing it, they are doing this mostly to spread hate, (how ignorant do you think the people in Punjab are who did the beadbi), this wouldn't happen if Sikhs stood up for the Gurdwara.

There has been loads of that in the US. Even just after 9/11 Bush had some photo op roundtable meeting with a bunch of Sikhs that was widely publicised. There are organisations in the US that push to educate others about Sikhs.

Sadly, little can be done about people who, due to IQ issues, refuse to learn.

what the comments prove is what sikhs are known for gurroop, honesty, bravery, integrity and charity/compassion .....this is our ID the one that Guru ji gave us , how we will be known is by being the best Gursikhs we can be , being true to SIkhi in all its aspects. We don't need ONE person we ALL can be living adverts for what SIkhi is and what we believe. just think 30 Million billboards across the planet.

White Sikhs of USA play a big in bringing awareness of who the sikhs are and who we are not. Keeping us out civil clashes is a must. from what I've seen they have been pretty silent unless someone knows Different.

problem is 3HO sikhs are RSS sponsored outfit planted to subvert sikh practices and to push Hindu practices into Sikhi's image to the wider world , the other worrying thing is the amount of illegal things and crimes that were encouraged by Yogi Bhajan in his cult to get money ...Sikhs' image will be forever tied to that lowlife's kartoots ...already a major magazine had an article covering the sexual assaults and manipulation of females by 'siri singh sahib leader of the sikhs in the western hemisphere'

3HO and Yb aren't my cup of tea. However some white Sikhs have broke away from the cult and follow orthodox Sikhi, there's two white nihungs I've seen one is an excellent kirtani.there maybe others like this too who have broke away.
