Thank you ji, but I didn’t do anything complexed, just a simple search and I recognised the shabad Jale Hari, as I used to listen to it.

Loll it's actually not. It's from a real dialect of Punjabi spoken mainly in Pakistan.

I'm refering to SGGS, an actual Gurbani paath where the bhagats are listed, and how each one found God.

No, that's not Urdu. Urdu is composed of two things: Desi (Hindi) syntax and Persian/Arabic vocabulary. This is not Urdu.

In fact, it is actually real Punjabi. A better form of Punjabi than we speak. A more formal kind of Punjabi.

ਤੁਸਾਂ ਨੂੰ -> ਤੁਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ->  ਤੁਹਾਨੂਂ

ਤੁਸਾਂ ਦਾ -> ਤੁਹਾਡਾ

The ਤੁਸਾਂ form is supposed to be used where there is an implicit ਨੇ, or a ਨੂੰ :

ਤੁਸਾਂ  ਕਿੰਨੇ ਵਜੇ ਆਉਣਾ?

ਤੁਸੀਂ  ਕਿੰਨੇ ਵਜੇ ਆਉਣਾ? (wrong)

ਤੁਸੀਂ  ਕਿੰਨੇ ਵਜੇ ਆ ਰਹੇ ਹੋ?

ਤੁਸਾਂ  ਕੀਰਤਨ ਪਸੰਦ ਕੀਤਾ?

ਤੁਸੀਂ  ਕੀਰਤਨ ਪਸੰਦ ਕੀਤਾ? (wrong)

ਤੁਸੀਂ  ਕੀਰਤਨ ਪਸੰਦ ਕਰਦੇ ਹੋ?

 

The ਤੁਸਾਂ  form also appears in Gurbani:
