Not sure about sidhi stuff  but you can jaap any shabd however many times yiu like. Its the word of waheguru, the more you jaap any shabad the better.

Shri har krishan dhiayiye his dithe sab dukh jaye  Repeat this with your heart and it will help and give you comfort. Guru ji took on everyone's suffering and pain and gave his own life. So he will also take away your pain and suffering if your repeat that.

Same with any other shabad

This poster comes from an atheist website but has a Sikh name so he will be posting many more topics like this to question gurmat practices like this one.  He gave a link to a different forum where it is being discussed.  So go there and engage in the discussion.

Singing a shabad repeatedly is gurmat because Gurbani says sing his praise 24 hours a day.  The atheist website members sing their spouses praise 24 hours a day so how can they even let the praise of Vaheguru enter their mind.  They have not read the Bani that comes right after Sohila Sahib. The atheist websites and members like to praise the Bani Sidh gosht because for some reason they believe the Bani is endorsing their atheist ways.  Nevertheless the Sidh Gosht is telling the reader praise Vahegur 24 hours a day.  Why don't these atheists follow these rules? Because then they would have nothing to pick at in Sikhi.  They would have to sit down and do some actual contemplation over Gurbani and they won't be able to inflate their ego's claiming they are the chosen Sikhs by their foolish mind because essentially they don't believe in Vaheguru that Mool Mantar presents so they can't be the chosen ones by Vaheguru.

what abt repeating one word 30k times ?

You will be repeating it 30k times but where will your mind be? Will it be with the shabd or will it be wondering "what's for dinner today" or "gurpreet looked nice today"   mind needs to be focused on the shabad and not drifting around.
