One of the reasons for pulling the play was that by its use of a Gurdwara it was degrading and insulting to Sikhs. Should the issue of Punjabi singers wearing big Khanda medallions around their necks whilst dancing with half naked girls also be addressed ? Jazzy B and Daler Mendhis brother Mika are the two main culprits.

Ealing, UK (KP) – Amandeep Kaur a Student at a Thames Valley University, West London, this week was told to leave her lecture because she was wearing a Kirpan. Amandeep who is starting her second year of studies at the University was told that some members had expressed concern over the Kirpan. Amandeep Kaur has worn the Kirpan to University the previous year as well with no problems. back then was waaaay different. ppl didn’t attend higher education or have much to do after the age of like… 13, lol. you’d have 13 year olds boys and girls that know how to do kethi, cook entire meals, etc nowadays even 22 year olds are extremely immature and can be sheltered. the average person doesn’t know how to do anything except their 9-5 which they are probably half arsing as well. -

Seriously?? The Dhadi is trying to be cute. For those who didn't get it, he said: "Some say Maharaj killed bakras (goats). Some say he cut the heads of the Panj Piyaras. The truth is that they weren't goats. It was she-goats (ਬਕਰੀਆਂ). He jhatka'd she-goats. Not he-goats." Wow. This is possibly the stupidest thing I've ever heard in relation to Sikhi.
