  1. I liked Jagsaw's post because I agreed with him about the hypocrisy of those 'anti-casteist' individuals who can't seem to see the casteism in attacking all Jats as though they were identical components of some evil hive-mind, and because he called people out on their choosing to ignore the fact anti-Sikh practices such as first cousin marriage and eating halal meat are not isolated occurrences in the Afghan Sikh community, but very much part of the mainstream. The things written at the end did not influence this. I did not agree with them.

  2. Oh here we go. As if we didn't already have enough ill-informed muppets here along comes gsinghyingh. So what "one particular caste" is this then gsinghysingh ? I'm asking because the current biggest man in charge of "running our qaom" and, as recent events showed, completely "ruining our quom", is Avtar Singh Makkar who is an Arora/Khatri and the one before him, who completely ruined our religious institution as a moral and ethical one, was a Labana. In contrast, you may recall that the good people that had given blood, sweat and tears to fight them and everything they stand for and have ended up on death row awaiting execution for it are indeed all from that "one particular caste" you think are responsible for "all" the bad. I could go on and on with this list but I fear it would all go flying over your empty little head. If you've already made your ignorant mind up that "all the people ruining our quom belong to one particular caste" and are even prepared to put that thought into words on international discussion forums, despite the facts stating otherwise, then I fear your level of misinformed - ill-informed ignorance is at a level that cannot be penetrated. 'bad eggs' implies that you think some of them don't marry their 1st cousins......don't ritually eat halal meat.....do insist their wives practice Sikhi. But again we're back to your extreme, almost incredible level of ill-informed ignorance. Their culture....their way of life....is not restricted to the odd 'bad egg'. It is an inherent part of their psyche. An inherent part of their culture. But your message, with all its ignorance, reveals a hellava lot about the state of our people. The true extremely low intellectual state that we're in. I mean, your message above got a 'Like' thumbs up from Simran345. She's a girl. A Sikh girl and yet she's supporting and saying nothing should be said against a group of Sikhs that strictly only marry their own 1st cousins and believe that girls (wives) should only exist as sex objects there to sexually arouse their man. The fact that a Sikh girl could come to the defence of such people is a truly damning indictment of the state of our community as Sikhs and a very clear explanation as to why the Indians have a national stereotype of us being incredibly thick.

  3. Everything happens in Waheguru's will. Once you accept that, you have taken the first step in breaking the cycle of life and death. My friend, if a Jatt embarrasses the panth, it is happening under Waheguru's will. Same goes for a tarkhan, khatri, etc. My suggestion: Gladly accept Waheguru's will.

  5. Well you are on the right path. There is nothing to be gained by drinking and drugs. My grandfather passed away prematurely at the age of 70 because of his drinking habits. He was just such a good man and had a good heart and helped many people - he may have done more, unfortunately he had too many helath problems because of drinking. My dad too indulged heavily before he got married and could not stop until much late. My dad had his tonsils removed and could not eat tomatoes and spicy foods so we all ate bland food. Luckily my mum managed to get him to stop completely but it took almost 20 years. Luckily I am married in a family where there are five brothers and no one drinks at all. Both my brothers have never touched drink. I have 8 nephews and 2 nieces who have never touched any alcohol. We are all very happy, no major health problems, have enough money to live comfortably and are thankful to God that he has kept us away from drink. yes, we all have a limited social life - but people respect us for our choice. Just to let you know that you are not alone who has decided to not drink. There are many others. It would be beneficial for you to befriend such people who don't drink. When I was at work all the girls drank - and they wanted to ask me out and lace my drink with alcohol which they maybe just joking. So I never went out with them. So yes - you have to be ready to become head strong and see all the evil in drink. That is what it is. It is all evil - breeds evil and leads you to evil. It hurts you and everyone else around you. The pleasure of a drink is shortlived and its after effects are painful and you have to live with them. The name of waheguru - is the true nectar - the true drink. The drink which is fun to drink and the after effects are peace and liberation. Amrit peevo sadha chir jeevo. So keep up with your good habits and eventually what you reap will be good rewards. However it is important to focus more on the positive - such as begin a project or course or hobby which will have all your attention instead of trying to focus on avoiding the drink. Nothing that will stress you out but something to keep you occupied to the extent that you loose yourself in it. Art, writing, photography could be anything which you always thought you wanted to do but never had enough time. Fresh juice is a good way to recover from any lathargy. I personally tried juicing - carrots, peppers, cucumbers, spinach and the lot. Helps you recover from any bodily weakness you may be having because of ill health. There is lots of advice and recipes online on different types of juices.

  6. Stop hating the afghan sikh community, every community in the world has bad eggs. The people who are ruining our own quam are all from a particular caste (feel like i have to say bcos its unfair others are being trampled here) Theres more important issues. <banned word filter activated> happenes, if anyone on this sight hasnt done something to be ashamed of once upon a time then fair play to. I recently came back from india, I traveled all over and the worst state out of all of them was punjab, the plp are tossers.

  7. Although rather strongly worded, what jagsaw has said about the newly settled afghan-sikh community is fairly accurate. I have seen these trends myself and they should be condemned. The anti-jatt brigade need to realise that they are being just as racist as the anti-chamaar lot that we have all grown up with. Some people on here clearly need weaning off youtube as their wannabe gangsta attitudes and language stink.

  8. Buddasingh, shame on you. Lets recap as to just how much of a pathetic imbecile you are: DallySingh makes disgusting remarks about jatts on every single thread he has ever visited on this website over the last 6 months. It doesn't matter if the thread is about Punjab...or about cakes....or about bread....or about cars. He still makes his disgusting casteist remarks - And yet none of that has ever bothered you at all and here you pretending to care about 'caste' Dallysingh, on this Sikh forum with little vulnerable children present, has, on this thread alone, used the 'F' word a total of 6 times, mostly to denegrate the mothers and fathers of the other Sikhs present here, and indeed in one of his posts here he insinuated that a fellow member here has sexual intercourse with his own mother - And yet none of this has bothered you at all instead feeling the need to abuse someone pointing out and correcting facts. 4 people here were having a discussion about the Aroras from a Sikh History in central Asia perspective. I joined in later and gave details of that history and several others here thanked me for answering those queries. In that same discussion, your potty mouthed friend Dallysingh101, demonstrating his immature childlike intellect, contributing by adding that perhaps the aroras in the picture were 'Hazaras', not realising what a hazara looks like - And yet you choose to ignore all that ? I've stated in my previous message how I have posted message after message here on this forum in various different threads about my hatred for corrupt jatt sikh keshdari dastar wearing Sikhs. I reminded you how my past form here has demonsteated how determined I am to preserve the honour of the dastar that I have, on many occassions here, devoted large chunks of my personal time researching and exposing the detailed financial history of those indivduals - And yet, despite me telling you in that message, you choose to blank your mind of this fact ....why ? Despite everyone on this thread, including the OP, continously telling the dufus Dallysingh101 that this issue is about the honour of the dastar that complete imbecile that lacks basic comprehension keeps going on like a mad man about mona hair-cutted people from a Sikh background. - And yet instead of opening your eyes to what you are reading you choose to abuse a Sikh ? Dallysingh101, posted 3 seperate messages on this thread where he said that its good for we Sikhs to have criminals and even stated clearly that those who do not commit crime or at least support tough criminals, are "soft pussies" - And yet none of this bothered you at all, instead coming to the conclusion that you should abuse the man that said incest is wrong and seeing Sikh women as sexual slaves is wrong And you, dallysingh101, when you said this you really overstepped the line. Perhaps the blind 'Sikhs' supporting you here will finally wake up and see what kind of man and viewpoint they are supporting: Let me tell you something right here and now....My beautiful dastar wearing wife is a laadli th'ee of Sri Gobind Singh Ji. Truly beautiful. How dare you think you can get away with making such digusting remarks. Your messages full of the 'F' word in this thread should have already been enough to show what kind of person you are but the fact that you think by making abusive comments you can scare dastar wearing Singhs and Kaurs into not mentioning how it is wrong to marry and sleep with your sisters and to see females as nothong more than sex objects should be more than enough to show the others here what kind of person you actually are. That is your parents fault for raising a son with such a filthy mouth and with such gandeh thoughts. Shame on them for that. Now, everyone else, do you see what is happening here ? When we have discussions about why the Muslim community in the UK is living in denial, refusing to acknowledge that so many of their people are wearing religious attire but yet indulging in immoral activities, do you not see how we are now doing the exact same thing. When terrible shortcomings are pointed out, do you see how hard they come down on those pointing it our rather than the people actually doing the things ? We, together, for the sake of our children, must NEVER EVER allow those wearing a dastar to do anything that brings dishonour to it. All my life, I have confronted all those that do and told them straight that if they wish to carry on doing such things they must cut the hair. We were at a wedding last year and as we were walking from our car to the reception hall we noticed a dastar wearing singh smoking with some others. My little son first went up to him and told him straight that he should cut his hair and stop doing besti to the dastar. Then my wife got involved and literally told him she would smack him upside the head if he ever does such a thing again and if he can't stop he should cut his hair and stop wearing a pagh. That man was obviously a jatt as we were all at a jatt wedding together. So where's 'casteism' now ? Constantly, here on SikhSangat, I have called for the death and destruction of immoral dastar wearing sikhs such as Badal and KPS Gill. They're jatts too. So where's 'casteism' now ? Constantly, here on Sikhsangat, I have chased and exposed the personal financial dealings of corrupt rich Sikhs in the UK, such as Malhi of Southall etc. They're all jatts. So where's 'casteism' now ? Take a good look at yourselves. Examine how and why you wish to abuse me for letting people know how these Afghan Sikhs practice incest and insist that their wives cut their hair as they do not believe females shoulld practice Sikhism. Abuse me all you want.....I have my children to think about...and the kind of Sikhi they shall inherit. Thus, I will never stop saying how disgusting the practices of these Afghan Sikhs are untill they either stop dishonouring the dastar and cut their hair or they stop. Untill they stop, or cut their hair and stop doing besti to the dastar, I will continously batter them and that is something I am very very proud of.

  9. Brother I do live in the real world, trust me.. and my past is a testament to that. Guru pita ji pulled me out of that hell and made me his own. That's why my spirit awakens when pita jis pavitar roop is insulted and tarnished. I dont care less if some roda/mona/monee makes media headlines for their maarriyan kartootan, but done in disguise of a guru da sikh is intolerable for me. The way you have hijacked this topic and made it into a jatt-bashing exercise is ridiculous. As are your attempts to justify thieving and criminality by calling it a 'hustle'and 'creative' way to make money. By that standard I suppose the Badals are your ultimate 'hustler' role models for their creativity in looting the panth. All I can say to you now is this.. Go where there is kirtan and sadhsangat, as much as you can, for that is where iron is turned to gold. Jagsaw.. you overstepped the mark severely by the insulting remarks made to penji.. mitta bolna and niv chalna are the ways of the gursikh.

  10. Going for a walk is a good way of de-stressing. If you can incorporate a few errands, then all the better. Breathing in the outside air, observing the world in motion, etc, it reminds us how small we are, and it allows us to keep our own lives in perspective, relative to everything around us. Breathe it all in. You'll feel better for it.

  11. Why are you talking as if it's impossible for us to do both at once? Not all Sikhs are as bad at multitasking as you apparently are. These people mean our faith harm. The Sikhs aren't in a position where they can afford to direct 100% of their attention to internal affairs - or have you forgotten that Punjab is currently occupied by India, the state that suborns the armed cults which relentlessly work to undermine our faith and assimilate it into Hinduism? The Sikhs can't stop being vigilant as long as they are beholden to the whims of the G.O.I - especially at a time when it's Prime Minister is a confirmed Hindutva fascist. What you are advocating is doing nothing- not doing naam. If your line of thinking became the prevalent one, it would be the death of us, so it's a good thing Sikhs are holding on to this 'rubbish'. Miri and Piri mate. Piri, yes, but Miri also. Sikhs cannot blind themselves to what is going on in the world around them, the Sixth Patshaah made this clear when he laid the foundation of Sri Akaal Takhat Sahib.

  12. The headline is total bakwaas, particularly as it features above a picture of 3 Sikhs. It's suggesting that these figures are usually disunited from the rest of society, and only due to this tragedy have these people joined the rest of society to help others. A complete and total backhanded compliment and a stitch-up. They probably don't even realise the implications behind their choice of words. They talk about integrating and learning to peacefully and happily co-exist, yet they, consciously or otherwise, seem to be labouring under the impression that under normal circumstances we choose to cut ourselves from the mainstream. Misleading and erroneous.

  15. Just because we have some dumb Jatts who have contributed to the demise of Sikhi, this does not make them all backward land and power grabbing loonies. Ignoring for a moment the involvement of Sikhs in the British Army, which I'm also not against, there have been many more examples of Jatts as THEE greatest Sikh Generals in history, but envious posters fail to see these contributions. I can reel of a long list but do not have the time at present.

  20. Oh be quiet Jagsaw Paji. I didn't like it because I support what you have written. I liked the post because of the these bits written, " every community in the world has bad eggs" which I agree with, that doesn't mean I'm supporting negative people. " , if anyone on this sight hasnt done something to be ashamed of once upon a time then fair play to." Nobody is perfect on this forum either, including me, but I can admit I have many weaknesses, unlike some. And the bit about Punjab, that it's not what it is nowadays, people have changed, whatever caste they belong to, there's no moral values left. Just because I've not posted on this topic doesn't mean I support them. I don't even flippin know what caste they are. And to be honest I don't really care, and I've not been following it, And just liked the sentences I highlighted in general, as I can't be bothered to see caste topics now from the last episode, so I been concentrating on other things in my life. If that's allowed ?? Defence da lagda. I haven't even written anything. Where the hell have I written anything that shows I support them ?? So you can take your words back and stick them where the sun don't shine and stop accusing me of something that I don't support. Nonsense jeha. And stop trying to read my mind, when you are wrong and have no idea about my thoughts, just stick to your own views and don't bring me into something I'm not part of. Friggin 'like' option nal kise di main tu kardo, jad pata swah Di Kheh nai Kuch. ??? aho charehl ban geyi Hun. And thank you ji for slandering me, I feel blessed you are washing some of my bad karam. I won't even bother to comment on you, just only will say Akal Di khat a ji?? shabash for showing how nasty you are and how stupid too. Also I never say I'm something special, like others. And if I was that thick, I wouldn't have been asked to be moderator of this site, which I rejected. Maybe I should have took up the offer and could have deleted your slandering to me all by myself ? Bach gea hahahahahaha. PS: Kaka ji, I'm not a girl no more, I'm a woman who knows how to defend herself from your slander. So be a good Sikh and stop slandering your sisters for no reason Paji.

  24. Why is this a strange idea when our own pre British ithihas says that the Bhagats were contempories of Sahib Sri Guru Nanak Dev jee and met him in Ayodhya from where they received Naam Daan from Guru jee. This makes perfect sense, Bin Satgur Kine Na Payo Bin Satgur Kine Na Paya. Even Sant Giani Gurbachan Singh Bhindranwale says that only upon meeting SatGuru jee did they get Brahmgian Avastha(poore Gur te gat payee).British came up with these bogus birth dates which goes against what our own puratan ithihas says. Max arthur macauliff came up with these inaccurate dates.

  25. We meditate on the creator. His qualities and praises. But especially his name. Waheguru. We constantly repeat this name it means Wonderful Enlightener or Amazing Guru or Wow The being who takes us from darkness to light. Our goal is to become like the creator through two ways: meditate and practice godly/saintly qualities like compassion, sweetness, ever happiness, truthful, loving, humility, contentment etc and to realize that we are truly a soul which came from god so realize this world is fleeting and our true origins and our trueself and merge with god. Basically we meditate by repeating waheguru over and over so that we can become more spiritual/moral and realize our soul.

I dont know why the moderators have not banned this for his perverse language. And he needs to stop going on about jatt women and jatts. jascfsingh is a person who just comes to further ignite fights on here with his comments. Jagwahsingh although you made some informative post regarding the Afghan Sikhs in Southall you are comming across as judging the whole community based on your views. which is plain right narrow minded and someone of your age should no better! 29. This is a misconception spread by the European historian Max Arthur Maccauliff that the Bhagats and Guru Nanak Dev had no link by setting the incorrect dates of their birth. Our ithihas tells us that all the Bhagats were contemporaries of Guru Nanak Dev jee and recieved naam dhikhya from Guru jee before they recieved Dhur Ki Bani. Read Giani Gurdit Singh Jees book on ithihas bhagat bani. Giani Gain Singh also writes how the Bhagats met Gurus jee in Ayodhya and became his Sikhs. Sant Giani Gurbachan Singh Bhindranwale also say this.

  30. Allowed by whom brother? By Guru Sahib? By Akaal Takhat Sahib? Neither give any explicit answers to your particular question. In instances such as these you should use your own judgement. I personally think this question is indicative of a tendency among certain Sikhs towards total overkill. Where does it end? Would you shun and ignore people who eat meat or come into contact with meat? Will you stop buying your vegetables from supermarkets which also sell meat? If not, then I can't see why you would abhor foods which were simply a couple dozen metres or so away from some eggs (they weren't even touching).

  31. This is not a false flag operation. The state does not need 'an excuse' to increase their military presence in Panjab. Remember how easily they deploy army in Panjab whether it was during the Beadbi incidents or the many early incidents. This attack actually is a blemish on the state govt as they failed to apprehend the terrorists even 24 hours after they were first spotted. There is no doubt that some senior official or politician might be involved in the aiding the terrorists as claimed by the Indian intelligence but it was not a false flag. And yes, false flags have been happening since centuries, it does exist. Lets also not forget what the politically correct media fails to mention at every time: Gujjars. The Gujjars have migrated to Panjab in heavy numbers creating ghettos after purchasing land from local Panjabis. They have established their own small towns with masjids. Since they are from J&K and Himachal region they are generally more Islamic than the Bangladeshi or UP/Bihar migrants earlier coming in. Besides that they have been sheltering terrorists and a large consignment of weapons was caught at a Gujjar dera in Jalandhar. Besides that the terrorists of the earlier Dinanagar attack also stayed at Gujjar deras after sneaking into Panjab (source: tribuneindia). They might be involved this time too in aiding the terrorists.
