WOAH.. i hate to say.. but i don't agree with 0.1 bit on what it said about Female can't do this or that (it must be put in by mahants)

Also.. one just can't follow all these rehats at one start.. FOr example.. I do eat and then do the nitnem and all other stuff.. so there are STAGES.. One can't just jump and he/she will be able to do all these stuffs.. and plus sikhi isn't all about strictness that YOU have to do all this and then u will be called a sikh..

If one has love inside, then all these stuff automatically comes from deep inside.. If one who doesn't have luv inside and want to do all these stuffs.. it will be hard for him/her to understand the importance behind em..

Virji im asking is because i know SNSM is totally against this kinda practise they are the type who like to keep sikhi simple and not by having strictness. Thats why I was asking? Was it posted as a rehatnama or was it posted just as a way to wak urself up in the morning

how can u eat before doing nitnem? what do u want to feed first? your stomach or your soul? which is more important, if your hungry, do your nitnem faster

couldnt agree more veerji tats one of the way to ensure u do ur nitnem,, dun eat.. when ur stomach starts growlin then you will remember u have not done ur nitnem.. kinda another way to ensure u never forget ur nitnem .. it actually discpline u ... dats wut i usually do

the sgpc maryada is not hte end all and be all of sikhi.. unless you beleive we can eat meat etc..
