Work for my self occaisionally and am employed full time. Chartered Surveyor (very few Sikh or Black Chartered Surveyors unfortunately)

I suppose I must earn quite a bit...as I live in nice house and drive a flash motor, but my family seems to spend it all.

If you wanna become a Chartered Surveyor, stick at it. Its tough, you need a good degree (2.1), but its well worth it......and you get a lot of kudos at the end.

Suppose Chartered Surveyors are like one of the oldest Institutions in Britain and is dominated by white middle aged guys.

I move around a lot but currently am in Birmingham.

i'd gladly give up my profession to become a chef...just an aside.....nothing desi though...probably italian chef...but they dont really have a huge call for Vegetarian chefs I guess...and most desi's would complain because of the lack of mirch and thania!

So, I guess its back to pharmacy/research work.

Sigh....by the way...any private tutors out there in the UK?

Would like to hear from some private tutors for SATS, GCSE level if there are any.
