Yup thats a keski... I think the person you are talking about in that picture is actualy Shaheed Bhai Fauja Singh Jee and his wife Bibi Amarjeet Kaur Jee. some people think that its their kid in that pic too.. I don't think Bhai Fauja Singh Jee had any kids.

What is the defintion of a keski??? something that covers the head properly and securely. but yeh in addition to that definition there's a requirement on how long the keski should be .. there are no restrictions on how it should be tied..
