when animals have sex...they dont get married...but we humans do!..so if we had sex before mariage.....what is the difference between us and animals??Plus.....sex b4 mariage is just PURE lust....just LUST..thats all..there is no love.(no matter what u people say).....Sex after mariage is a resposibility*edit* u learn how love them and live with them as Per Gurmat Maryada.....

beign married does not mean lust is not their , people get married and divorced nowadays what about them ?

Without being married also doesn't mean lust is there. God made everybdy unique.....every case is unique. You cannot generalize something in one ctegory.

From a psychologist point of view, if one has sex before marriage, your married life could be messed up. The human mind has a tendency of comparing the sense of pleasure when encountered at different instances in life. So that means, if you "enjoyed" sex with "whoever" before marriage, and did not "enjoy" it with your spouse after marriage, you will remain frustrated and look for other "options". If it was the other way round, your married life will be perfect, but then again you have probably been unfair to your spouse (in case he/she didn't have sex before marriage). So it is advised to abstain until one is married.

Sexual Intercourse before Marriage is Kureit for those who have taken Amrit The Panj Pyare told me this. For those who havent taken Amrit its not. It is recommended that married couple together take Amrit and those who are not married and take Amrit should refrain from this untill they get married.

I would like to make a comment that Mata Sahib Kaur Ji who was chosen by Sahib Guru Gobind Singh Ji to help prepare the Amrit had no kid and she was considered the puriest for this.

why is sex before marriage not allowed. we all say its not allowed but why?

'cause i's a part of da Sikh Rehat maryada that we nah allowed to have any sexual relations (including kissing n wha not) outside of marriage (which also means BEFORE marriage)...

also, panj pyaray indicate this at the Amrit Sanchaar as well..
