I want to know what I can do to inspire others to follow this great path of Sikhi. I have come into contact with many who don't care about taking Amrit. Just wondering wether you have personal stories where you have inspired those around you, or which sakhia you have used to awaken their sleeping souls

pesornally it was any sakhi that wasnt already taught by elders.. like the usual Guru Nanak Dev Jis stories - it's like: Why can't they find something different to talk about?! lol

Try Discussion groups with children - like talk about relevant stuiff. What does Sikhi beleive in creation? What does Sikhi say about the society nowadays?

Tell them to read bani.. and meanings and i guarentee they would be inspired.. some people go to gurudwara listen to keertan, katha, paath...bt they don't understand it. Understanding...inspires one. There isnt a better inspiration than the guru himself!!

Usually when we start to keep rehit ourselves, Guru Sahib does kirpa on us, and helps us influence everybody around us to follow the same path. When you see a Gursikh that does so much Naam Abhiyas and Bani, you become so inspired and at awe with that person. Even non-Gursikh people are often blown away by such Gurmukhs, and want to know more about them and about spirituality, and God. Just live by example

get all your inspiration from maharaaj, even if you just sit down listening to paath or keertan for 10 minutes and you dont even understand it, as long as you are fully focused with kirpa you will get all the inspiration you need

u need not give ppl lectures to inspire em

sikhi may not be in everyones bhaag...if u feel tat ur loved ones are not into sikhi then do ardas for them so that guru sahib bless them with sikhi as well

there's a concept of "Chup Preet"... (i.e. silent love)... long story short... by even smiling at someone, or your own viba/ora, u can inspire others..
