you can take omega-3 oils which do not coem from fish.TOTALLY vegetarian. get them from most good health shops. have the same effect.

If you need it for your health then you need it ...

Mm maybe. That or the meat industry has everyone believing that A) they need a ridiculous amount of protein and that B) One can't easily do it with plants. Neither is true. 

In war times one may find they must eat it or starve however.
