Muslim Threat to sikhi

i think, right now the west and western culture is the biggest threat to sikhi. i firmly believe this who does bollywood try to copy. just look at all the youth thats adabting to western ways.

I think western culture and lifestyle perfectly goes along with sikhi, except the dating and marriage part.. but all other social stuff, laws even american constitution goes fully along with sikhism !!!

just look at the youth, just look at how the temples here are.

do you think there were lots of barbar shops in punjabi, in the time of guru gobind singh ji

so many of the bad things were introduced by the west

theres so many sikhs with, clubs, liquar store, meat shops, movie stores

almost every sikh cares about looking beautiful, and theres so much pride of status, money, car, etc...

and some of these things have even been accepted peircings, chairs in the temples, etc...

1st amendment : Freedom of religion (of course we know what sikhi say on this)

2nd amendment : Right to bear arms (shaastar given to us by guru gobind singh sahib)

8 th or 9th amendment : NO cruel punishment (Sikhi believe in that)

veera.. Like this isn't happening in india.. I think youth there are more messed as compare to youth over here in western countries... I d

Veera they are messed becauz they are not westernized.. meaning they bring old indian thinking along with them into western gurdwaras.

All this happening in eastern world too.. I think Indian in india are full of pride as compare to us..

i m not surprised you disagree, because its hard to change. sikhs should stop all these sins, it may be a up hill battle.

who introduced all these bad things to sikh youth.

theres not that many here sikhs doing keertan, etc..; you proabably only think so because you surround your self with these, adn don't see as much of the bad things. i think theres way more belief in sikh in india then here, people there are willing to die for it.

who influences bollywood.

about the barbar shops, they've been accepted, don't you think if all the sikhs here kept there hair, the ones in india would too.

sikh in india is closer to

its roots, here its changing too much.

Muslims have been fighting us for centuries.. Hindus only in the last ~30 years

not saying lets all join the hindus.. but something to think about..

id say we remain independent.. but if i HAD to chose id pick the hindus.

the muslims killed our Gurus.. and caused tremendous atrocities on us..
