Moh - Attachment

MOH in Punjabi means attachment to worldly things and relations.

Basicly its stuff like if you couldnt live without your ipod or phone. thats Moh.

Also things like being too attached to your family becuase eventully you will be separated.. so thats also Moh

I lost my video iPod at the LA samagam i went to last week.. i so much miss it.. it had huge collection of kirtans and kathas... i just cant get over it.. i will buy a new one..

I would say that you are understanding the term 'moh' in very limited way.

When guruji says detachment from 'moh' he basicly mean nything n everything which is worldly and is nt going to last till eternity (in ur case the Football club will have very less chanes for lasting <_< ) .

Guruji has said that nothing accept the true eternal being is worthy of ur addiction that includes ur wealth , house, cars and nt even ur soulmate.

I know after this there could be a feelin of guilt that you are addicted to somethin which the guruji doesnt advice and the truth is that all of us are addicted to somethin or the other , as we are humans full of imperfections and we can strive to be ideal .

Anger, Greed, Lust, and Ego are the 4 pillars at the corners

If the foundation breaks, the house can't stand and the pillars crumble to the ground.

Ego can't happen without attachment to one's own self identity

It's like a house of cards... If the foundation of attachment for worldly things breaks... the rest tumbles down with it.
