could someone uncomfuse me on why most parents tend to treat girls and boy different?

People, are just stupid. Trust me. We know some people, who really want to have a boy, it just saddens me. My dad just says 'Munda kinak sukh lyondey heh' and it's true. It's most Punjabi boys who trouble their parents then girls.

indian/hindu culture gives inequality to women and for some reason punjabis have adopted that culture and assumed that its right. its all that about carrying on tha family name blah blah

having ur daughter do sumthing stupid is much worse than having your son do sumthing

her virtue is the family's virtue, but the son's virtue doesn't even has to exist. he does make a huge show of protecting it tho

exactly this is a reason........... as most of us who are Sikhs now belongs to hindu societies n communities somewhere in the past and many of our ppls still got those stupid rubbish thoughts which make boys amognst the most lovable then girls .......in india there are still many sikh families who believes in tewas(janam patris) and before marriages they used to go to pandits to match janam patris.....i know few <banned word filter activated> fellows who even do idiol worships ....................well this was all in our culture ....................but now things are changing i guess ...............................

if god give me a choice btwn a girl baby or a boy baby i ll surely go for baby girl without hasitation....
