What areas would you be looking at for guidance, Paji ?

There is the Sikh Council, I'm not really sure if they could also this, but as the main Sikh organisation for Sikhs in UK, would they be able to what you are looking for?

Or are you are looking towards something like Basics of Sikhi?

Sri Guru Granth Sahib Ji first and foremost and also Panj Piyare can collectively lead.

Now for what you're asking, I'd say we do not have a single leader or voice that everyone will follow due to the egoistic nature of the Jathebandhies who can't agree on trivial issues and sit together for discussion without turbans flying and swords drawn. Even during Sant Jarnail Singh's time some factions (we all know who they are) split from them but they had overall majority support so remained a respected figurehead. Until we have someone on that level that everyone will stand behind and support come what may, whoever is chosen is unlikely to be respected from all parties.

The youth are focussing more on spokespersons for Sikh issues rather than developing leaders and we have many organisations that perform work at an individual rather than collective front. So, we have no one body or person as a leader either at a political or religious level.

The Taksal was split into 3 ever since Sant Kartar Singh Bhinderwale was made Jathedar so I highly doubt that those splits would accept and follow Sant Jarnail Singh Bhinderwale, also the Taksal was split after Sant Baba Thakur Singh left the world.

Sikhi have always had leaders/commanders post 1708 - Baba Banda Singh, Baba Deep Singh, Hari Singh Nalwa, Maharajah Ranjit Singh Ji and so forth. The leader we need to pull this sleeping quom from its slumber and lead us to Khalsa Raj will for sure be sent and the Nishan Sahib will fly over the Red Fort once again and on the International stage. I do not believe it will be just within India but we have to start somewhere
