Do you wear kachera instead of underwear?

That's not the only thing. It's not merely a symbol. Otherwise, you could just walk around carrying a picture of a kachhera in your wallet. 

I wear all 5ks, do 7 banis, took amrit and stopped hanging with old friends who cut their hair and get drunk. I’m 23 and haven’t got a single friend now in my life, it’s so lonely. I want to be friends with a Gursikh who will share Gurus love with me. But instead I just see people like you, who make big deal out of small things.

So what if I wear boxers underneath?  I wear compression tights for running and wear it under my kachera. Go on tell me I’m bad for doing that, cos to me it means my muscles get less sore and sitting cross leg for simran doesn’t hurt

Why you gotta try put fellow Sikhs down for? What’s the reason for doing that, cos I think it’s just shameful.
