There's no religious, social, and institutional apparatus that will support anyone from these backgrounds once they become Sikhs. They won't be sprinkled with magic stardust and transform into SuperSikhs after conversion. They'll go from poor, disenfranchised Hindus to poor, disenfranchised Sikhs. Stop peddling fantasy. These people are human beings, not faceless units and bodies for whatever army you're fantasising about.

Jut horseshyte plays a big part in this. Look at how they go overboard to try and recruit previously Sikh killing and raping Jaats from Haryana, when their worse nightmare is looming (i.e. their pockets getting hit).
