Baicaly I have been out of work for over two years. Not through no fault of my own as I have applied for many jobs without any success. I dont know why But I have got into a really bad routine of just being lazy. Please could somebody tell me why do some sikhs use steel/metal glasses or cutlery, (pandeh) for their food n drink? Sorry but i dont know why, is it just amritdhari sikhs that use them. And also if I were to buy a tumbler, which would be th best to drink from, as I have seen dffrent types in stores and some are heavy n thick but others thin n light. Vjkk Vjkf, Sorry for how long this is in advance I'm really struggling and could do with some advice. quite a few years ago I lost my mother to cancer. Is it ok for me to do ardaas infront of a bahu-shabadi asa di vaar gutka which is very big (300 pages of shabads) and do ardas in front of it after doing nitnem and take hukam from it after ardaas? I have been doing this for sometime as this is the biggest gutka I have and I do ardaas and bow to all my gutka sahibs and treat them with high level of respect. please advise. back then was waaaay different. ppl didn’t attend higher education or have much to do after the age of like… 13, lol. you’d have 13 year olds boys and girls that know how to do kethi, cook entire meals, etc nowadays even 22 year olds are extremely immature and can be sheltered. the average person doesn’t know how to do anything except their 9-5 which they are probably half arsing as well. -

Seriously?? The Dhadi is trying to be cute. For those who didn't get it, he said: "Some say Maharaj killed bakras (goats). Some say he cut the heads of the Panj Piyaras.
