Nowadays i hear people say we have a job, a house, family and a car. That's all we need we are happy. But Guru Jee says still we can't be happy with all those comforts and luxuries. I hear people say what is need of doing Paatth our mind is clean. But i think it still is MAYA but it has taken on a even better form to decieve people away from Waheguru. When you tell some one to do Paatth or Simran they laugh at you. I even noticed this in Punjab, where they keep you calling you GYANI SAAB or SINGH SAAB (even Baba jee). And yet people in this MAYA people still are argueing and fighting, and doing the same mistakes. Do we stand now helpless in this modern world against KA…

Vaheguroo ji ka khalsa, Vaheguroo ji ki fateh, I was talking with a veerji who happens to be a gora just the other day, and he said something that really disturbed me... the only thing i could think is share it with sangat and try to find a solution? He came into Sikhi some years ago. He told me that he's sick of having punjabi sikhs assuming he belongs to 3HO cause he's white. He says he's Just a regular Sikh of the Guru, doesnt want to belong and does not belong to any Jatha, and that it insults him when sikhs ask him if he knows "yogi bhajan, and yoga" and stuff. Sat Sri Akal, I am depressed in life, not because of money, career, family, but because of our current state. Our shaheeds gave there life but i am not good at all. Just i feel that i am waisting my life and so there is not much desire left in me to live. As to live and see so much humilation of sikhs and after seeing cruelty to sikhs how can anyone remain happy today. There is nothing going positive about sikhi, people leaving sikhi for drugs, convert for other gender, and what not. There is no present ideology and there is no hope. I think i am not feeling any chardi kala at sikhs and this has led to more depression, more i think about present sikhs more i am depressed…

back then was waaaay different. ppl didn’t attend higher education or have much to do after the age of like… 13, lol. you’d have 13 year olds boys and girls that know how to do kethi, cook entire meals, etc nowadays even 22 year olds are extremely immature and can be sheltered. the average person doesn’t know how to do anything except their 9-5 which they are probably half arsing as well. -

Seriously?? The Dhadi is trying to be cute. For those who didn't get it, he said: "Some say Maharaj killed bakras (goats). Some say he cut the heads of the Panj Piyaras. The truth is that they weren't goats. It was she-goats (ਬਕਰੀਆਂ). He jhatka'd she-goats. Not he-goats." Wow. This is possibly the stupidest thing I've ever heard in relation to Sikhi.
