  2. I am kind of tired of female centred Asian female oppressed, evil male patriarch, forced arranged marriage, fall in love with non Asian person, sympathised by gay best friend storyline. But I guess it fits in with the lefty/liberal/luvvy agenda. I like to see something fresh from Asian writers without having to resort to same old clichés. Let's have a male centred story where the Asian male is being molly coddled by his manipulative conniving mother and being bullied by his man hating lesbian sister where he strives to regain his masculinity of which his cuckold beta male father is unable to provide.

  3. If you want try and envisage the feminist utopia, look no further than Korea and Japan. There was a concerted cultural rebellion against traditional masculine values after the second world war by women, who began to prefer so called 'herbivores' (gentle and cautious men), men who were the antithesis of all that had once been expected of Japanese manhood. They began to desire men who would place them on a pedestal, who used cosmetics, were weak and vulnerable and felt an affinity for the feminine. Young men conformed to the expectations of women, and this was the result - Women don't seem to be able to understand the lengths to which many men will go in order to gain their approval. This ^ is why we cannot allow feminist rhetoric to become the prevailing ideology of womanhood. One of the reasons there is now a marked decrease in fertility in Japan, aside from an ageing population, is because men are too spineless to pursue women. When they actually do manage to secure a girlfriend they defer to her judgement in all things. The economy is suffering because they haven't the drive to pursue or advance their careers. Intake into the military is at an all time low. Purchase of cosmetics however, is at its historical zenith, rising further still. Sikhi values the qualities of courage, strength and physical prowess. Feminism would deprive men of all of these. Therefore, the two cannot ever be compatible, to answer the OP's question.

  4. No, he's implying that marriage isn't a relationship based on lust. There's sexual attraction and then there is lust which is obsessing over that. Edit: Again I don't know much about the Anad Karaj and I've never read it, still far to young to consider marriage but it's gender neutral from what I hear, it's the union of 2 souls. Surely since souls don't have genders that shouldn't be an issue? The whole point of Marriage for us as Sikhs is to have a partner to help us attain our final goal. sexual or even sexual practices shouldn't even fall in the same category as this. 2 people can be married and not have a sexual relationship, but still love one another and then use that love to get to the ultimate form of love. Waheguru himself.

  5. the western rhetoric is ultimately NOT FEMINIST it actually enslaves women and is the brainchild of elite think-tanks , they get to sell their poisonous medicines/hormones , destroy family life, sell body parts to foreign markets etc ...Real women are Like the suffragettes just want a fair say in their own lives nothing more.

  6. Exactly! That's what I've come to realise. Gurbani is the great emancipator. It frees the mind and lifts the veil that clouds our mind and our judgement. It's why I feel so negative towards Baba / Jatha culture, because I truly think Sikhs lack the emotional intelligence to adhere to something without it becoming dogmatic and divisive. Without knowing, we've placed more obstacles between us and Akal Purakh when we should be eliminating as many as we can. Why would you willingly wander down a longer path when the destination is within touching distance? People invest too much emotion and effort in these leaders and personalities, and the thought of making it on their own terrifies them because they lack one essential ingredient: belief. I find the ones who shout the loudest do so to convince their own harrying conscience. But that's another matter entirely. My advice to Sikhs would be to raise disciplined and level-headed children. Instill a strong ethic of self-sufficiency. Encourage them to hone their minds; not everyone has the aptitude for book smarts, but that's no excuse for ignorance. Ensure physical fitness is a part of daily life. More than anything, guide them towards Sikhi and Gurbani; don't blackmail them or indoctrinate, but allow them to discover the beauty and the strength in Sikhi. To follow willingly and from the heart is the only way. Only once the above is achieved do we have a chance of navigating the tough times ahead of us all.

  7. That is also why people are now being forced to take the vaccines , on pain of losing education and jobs (see America and Australia and starting here in the UK with meningitis B jab. They are trying to complete their attack on homeopathy as it was the original widespread medicine in America and Europe as it heals without side effects same with other natural therapies (which they the elite sponsored Big pharma ensure occur in their own meds so they can increase the chronic disease and the profits there from) A people enslaved by such debt will not be willing to lose a job or home and if the ultimate aim of changing to a RFID chip based passport/monetary system you will not be able to hide from them when they come and they can stop your money/freedo of movement easily (they are already touting the tech to locate your children just in case 'they get kidnapped' in USA). However if you follow Guru ji's Bachan I can see that you will stay an independent person not a slave you will be training up to be self-sufficient . The elites are planning a mass cull somehow as apparently they see the developing world and ordinary people as useless eaters ... I wouldn't be surprised if they plan to do it through a combination of creating GMO dependant countries then withdrawing seed / manufacturing dud seed and tainted vaccines. But that is an educated guess . Day before yesterday I heard a news article suggesting that all men should get sperm banked at the age of 18 due to 'lowering fertility' why is it a wise decision to release your DNA to an anonymous agency scientist 'for storage' I'm sure that if you eat right, don't drink/do drugs your body is the best place to store your DNA. Increasingly your body is being considered as the property of others not yours to do with as you will. This whole non-battle between the sexes is the brainchild of the elite too, that's why I say stick to Guru ji's standards an forget about distraction/anti-detection (why did 'Four lions' flash into my head?) tactics of others. truth of the abortion industry is they increased the problem by encouraging promiscuity and when the Pill failed or whatever they had a fresh supply of fetal body parts which they can chop up and selling for thousands of dollars/pounds . Of course they tell the mothers we will incinerate the remains , it's all lies .

  8. Sorry to go off mark but when it comes to groups like ISIS many Muslims tend to use the blame card and say 'they are trained by Mossad/CIA' or 'ISIS has nothing to do with Islam.' The truth is that ISIS is a home grown problem who draw their inspiration and precedent from the days of their Prophet and the Quran/Hadiths. Unfortunately many Muslims today will jump head over heals to protest about Palestine but stay silent in the face of mass atrocities by jihadists. David Cameron recently said that elements of the UK Muslim community need to stop silently condoning ISIS and more action needs to be taken by them as a whole, and he was accused of Islamophobia!? What a joke.

  11. Because the government needs these kind of attacks to justify their crackdowns which is why most of these attacks can be traced to governments hand via proxies who use the attacks to restrict human rights and freedoms and bring in non-democratic legislation. Those who crave police state powers are on the same said as the islamic nutjobs, they often pay the mullahs who train the jihadi's and carry out attacks on the behest of the people whose evil agenda they need furthering. Why did they bring down gadafffi when he was a secular muslim who locked up islamic salafi jihadi's in jails and beat them daily. The SAS, M16 were seen in bengazi shipping weapons to the jihadi rebels and giving them training. Why would you do that unless you want the jihadi's to take over and take over from stable government. The British government tried 2 times to assassinate cornol gaddaffi in 1996 via SAS and M16 by paying local jihadi's both attacks failed and innocent libyan civilians were murdered. The british government to this day have not been tried for war crimes or done for aiding and abet terrorism. Just like how Evil Margaret thatcher aided and abetted indian state terrorism against Sikhs in 1980s via arms shipments, military intelligence sharing, plots to murder religious figures in the Golden temple via SAS and M16. The Western governments are 50 years ahead of what anyone is thinking right now, they have strategic planners what future scenarios can be if they take action. They did not attack secular muslim saddam Iraq for no reason they wanted chaos. They did not attack syria by aiding islamic jihadi terrorists for no reason they wanted chaos. The atheist freemason saying is "order out of chaos" so they need chaos before they can bring their order. They are trying to line up their geo-political assets against Russian and Chinese influence in the world. They have the other big world player the Indian government slaves in their pay pocket via swiss bank accounts. But they do not have the chinese, the north koreans, the iranians and the Russians. Hence why they plot and plot and plot against these states not caring how many innocent civilians of their side or ours get caught up in the crossfire because they are above the law. We are not all equal the atheist freemason powers behind the American and British establishment only care for what they can get in this world and the net result in their favor.

I mean if the 1% own and control everything the 99% greatly out number them and could easily if united take everything from them. Look in modern day factories in the Uk and it is like the united nations with no one ethnic group being strong enough to challenge the management.

There are currently 215 countries part of FIBA and quality of players from other countries are growing while infrastructure is improving. Yes, basketball is huge in China, but if you look at Europe (especially Southern and Eastern European countries), you will see similar interest there as well. NBA finals and All-star game was broadcast live in 215 countries while streamed in 47 different languages.

  15. well as soon as the news reporter said the court had judged against her , I knew there had to be a major issue with the female because women tend to be the primary and as such the courts tend to keep young children with the the primary carer. So yes there are cases where women do the wrong thing but also we know so many stories of asian fathers kidnapping kids and taking them abroad , that is why the passport was changed so that no parent had their children on their adult one and application for visas for children have to be approved by both parents . I loved having to provide two letters of consent despite both of us parents were travelling with our own child ! the question of masculinity is what does it actually constitute of ? And is it being manipulated to suit the elite agenda of destroying the faiths, the institution of marriage , pushing of the gay agenda , to create disunity, hopelessness, faithlessness, amorality?

  16. That's where you're wrong since basketball is popular sport (pretty globe sport for that matter). You can find basketball players from different countries playing in NBA. Real reason for indifference on here because majority of posters are from UK. But since there's a huge Sikh population in North America and now this news been huge in India (where we got Indian celebrities sending out congrats to Satnam Singh), this is huge deal. Given Basketball/NBA is quickly growing in India, this means we will see more Indians (especially those from Punjab which is consider basketball hotbed in India) caring more about basketball now. What's great about this is that it's our community (Sikh/Punjabi) leading the way for rest of South Asian community.

  21. This may come as a massive shock to you but homosexuality actually exists in nature, so arguing it's "un-natural" is a pretty weak argument. Good work on exhibiting "unconditional love" by the way. This also may come as a shock to you but Hijra (trans-sexual) culture was alive and around back in our Guru-ji's time. So if being a transexual is worse than being a homosexual then you may have just shot yourself in the foot. That's a pretty nice post but I get it now. Thank you bhaji. Just one final point on where I highlighted. Obviously in the time of our Guru Gobind Singh Ji he created the Khalsa and implemented the keeping of kesh. But you argue that a mona should be considered a Shishya right? but before Guru sahib ji, there was more likely quite a number of mona, followers of Guru Nanak,Guru Angad and so on. Would they be considered "no sikhs then" . Again I just want to re-iterate im not attacking you in any shape and form, I just have quite a bit of questions regarding the rehet maryada and things such as Kesh. For some reason it was an aspect I didn't go into an awful lot. Which has obviously come and bit me back haha. Everything that happens is Waheguru's will. I feel free will is more of an illusion in the sense it's restricted to our choices and nothing more but even those are known to the creator. I could be wrong though but I never understood "free-will" in Sikhism entirely. May Waheguru guide me to the truth.

  22. History was made last night in NBA draft with Dallas drafting Satnam Singh. He is first Indian born player to ever be drafted in NBA. Source: http://www.nba.com/india/news/the_biggest_leap_yet_for_india_2015_06_26.html Last year, Sim Bhullar (Canadian of Sikh/Punjabi background) made history to be first Punjabi to sign NBA contract and play in NBA. Nice to see our community finding some success in sports (especially sport like basketball and playing in NBA which is arguably one of toughest professional leagues to play in).

  23. Spain? They're good basketball nation (and their national team is very good), but I put Greece, Turkey, Lithuania and Croatia/Serbia above them who take basketball support to the next level. But I find it interesting about Euro basketball is that their leagues pay good money to their players. Again, you haven't travel enough to make your claim while I provide facts to prove you otherwise. If basketball is niche sport, then you might as well say same with rugby and cricket as well. After soccer, basketball is up there and catching up (to certain extent) to soccer. There isn't more globe wide sport outside of soccer that is equal to basketball. Anyway, point of this thread to congrats Satnam Singh of making to NBA (one of toughest leagues to make it). I guess Brits on here either hate sport or only like cricket (lol).

  26. Eduardo I think maybe you may have misinterpreted what I have been saying. I personally do not see it as a race issue, I was just trying to provide some context in how some Punjabi/Asian may see this. For me it is largely an intra - Asian issue in how particular Asian writers are pushed to the fore and they always have a particular theme that seems to be magnified by certain influential areas of the media. It is an insult to me and other Punjabis/Asians because it claims to be a victory for diversity and multiculturalism but who is it a really a victory for? The sad thing for me is it this all our Asian actors and writers are capable of? It's the same rubbish for the last 30 years. There is a lack of diversity of stories, themes, writers. We Asians and Punjabi's are not some 2 dimensional characters, there is far more depth and character than what we are being shown currently.

  28. Not true. Darwinian evolution easily accounts for the existence of morality, without the presupposition of any godhead. Social cohesiveness was advantageous to our distant ancestors' survival, and therefore a distinguishing factor in natural selection. Social cohesion is after all only possible if the individuals who constitute a population are mindful of the well-being of those around them. Freemasonry is not atheistic either. The cult has a rule which explicitly states 'No Atheist may be made a Freemason'.

  29. I don't know, I just think it's all about trade and making money at the end of the day. Gansta lifestyle is what people like to fantasise about, the feminist pro divorce agenda is simply about making money for the divorce industry, the whole divide and rule strategy of working environments is about making more cash for the business and shareholders. This freemason thing I'm not sure, I think they are viewed as the spooks in the cupboard and they have a lot less power than they used to. In fact I think people give them more credit than they are worth. Actually on the subject of Freemasonry they have a whole esoteric side that studies God and religion, they have their own rituals so you can't really call a Freemason an atheist.

  30. haven't your wondering why is it there seems to be a lot of money and effort being thrown into film, music and media to push the sexualisation of minors and to create a blase attitude about abuse of females, being gay , objectification of each sex ...well if you dumb down the education system and push the 'honeys' 'gansta' lifestyle how many deep thinking moral people will arise in each successive generation, people who would protest against oppression? if you are too busy chasing the next encounter/fix , be busy with life drama would you be paying attention to what the government and corporations are doing to your freedoms and your country? It is like the distraction techniques used by magicians they show you one thing while they slip the watch off your wrist.

  31. This happened in the UK a while ago, i don't think i have come across a single case where a gay couple have wanted to marry(have the Anand Karaj ceremony) in a Gurdwara, when it happened the media did what they usually do and sprinkle loads of masala on what is a sensitive subject in religious circles, it would be interesting to see what happen if a couple did decide to go down that route (let's face it, it's inevitable) and how the legal system in said country would handle it of the religious organisation had an objection. I have a simple rule, live and let live but if the religion you practise has beliefs that go against your lifestyle then you'd be ill advised to want to have a religious marriage ceremony just for the sake of proving a point.

InderjitS Veer Ji obviously nangs and taksal can't stand women being in Panj Pyare but look at their track record. Sant Sin supporting Indira in 1984 and onwards. Nangs supporting the Hindu Mahants in the 1920's. DamDami Taksal campaigning for Indira Gandhi and Congress in the 1980 elections that led to her gaining power. But AKJ, Missionaries + Bhai Ranjit Singh Dhadrianwale give full equality to women just like Guru Sahib always have.

  38. ^ Ok Jaco bro explain this (why do DDT have a rehraas at odds with Guru Gobind Singh Ji?): Guru Gobind Singh started the taksal (nothing to do with DDT) at Takht Sri DamDama Sahib Which u seem to be getting confused by bro as DamDami Taksal play upon the name to get credibility. This is DamDami Taksal rehraas ਦੋਹਰਾ॥ 1॥ (in Roman transliteration): Dohraa Raam kathaa jug jug atal, sabh koee bahkhat nayt. Surg baas raghubar karaa, sagri puree samay. 1 Chaupai Jo ih kathaa sunai aur gaavai. Dookh paap tih nikat naa aavai. Bisan bhagat kee ih phal ho-ee. Aaadhi byadhi chhvai sakai naa ko-ee. 1 (English translation): Dohra The story of Ram will remain known through Ages and all shall ever narrate it. Raghubar (Ram) went to heavens and took his entire city with him. (So, the taksal worships Ram): Dohra Those who will listen to or sing this (Ram’s) story; sufferings and sins will not come near him. This will be the fruit (profit) of the meditation upon the name of Vsihnu. No disease or illness will be able to touch him. 1 (So, the taksal worships Vishnu also): Giani Sunder Singh (1883-1930) of Bhinder Kalan village (in Firozpur district) was the founder of modern day Damdami Taksal. Sunder Singh Ji was known as ‘Sri Maan 108 Giani Sunder Singh Nirmala’; he was a student of Pandit Jawala Das Udasi

  40. Sant Ji did not object to women being in Panj Pyare bro. Remember that by June 1984 Sant Ji had rejected all the anti-Gurmat beliefs that DamDami Taksal held and hold under Dhumma today. The old video of Sant Ji objecting is from a time when DamDami Taksal supported Indira Gandhi and Congress in the 1980 elections that helped Indira Gandhi gain power in India and set in chain the events that enabled her to begin Genocide against Sikhs. So these youtube video's are circulated by those who wish to destroy Sant Ji's legacy. Y'know the types that claim Sant Ji are alive and well in 2015 busy living their daily life somewhere. Bhai Randhir Ji said it was pure bahmanwaad not to allow women in Punj Pyare (from AKJ Singhs that DDT label as bemukhs+nastiks). DamDami Taksal are well known that they didn't even allow Mazhabi Sikhs Amrit in the 1920's. The same was the case with Santa Sin's Budha Dal who supported Hindu Mahants in the 1920's + then started openly supporting Indira Gandhi in the 1980's after DDT ditched her when the agenda of Indira Gandhi had become clear. Waheguru ji ka KhalsaWaheguru ji ki Fateh So in 1699 when Guru Gobind Singh jee asked for a head and our beloved Panj Pyare stood up and went to Guru Sahib one by one... had one of the bibi's stood up, do we think Guru Sahib would have stopped the bibi? Guru Sahib gave equality to both genders... Guru Sahib taught social reforms all around India and other parts of the world... during those times... being a female was tough... you were not given equal rights.. you were not given education... you were sold and bought like vegetables... you had to burn yourself in the fire if your husband dies before you... you were not even allowed to attend temple or Mosque or be in the same place as men... but Guru Sahib brought equality. Guru Sahib taught us that there is no spiritual difference between men and women. Guru Sahib said in Asa ki waar so kyo manda aakhiye... so if Guru Sahib taught us all these things.. why would HE tell us not to include Bibiyan in Panj Pyare... why would HE tell us that Bibiyan are not allowed to do keertan... Har Jas keertan... in Harmandir Sahib... why would Guru Sahib tell His Gurmukh pyare that only Singhs can do sewa... I am sure our beloved Gurmukh pyares.... all sants and Brahmgyani... and every Gurmukh soul that has ever been or that is still here never said that Singhniyas cant be part of Panj pyare or any other Pantic sewa... it is DamDami Taksal who interpret things according to their manmat.Tu samrath vada meri matt thori raam Waheguru ji ka Khalsa Waheguru ji ki Fateh...

  41. Women should not be in Panj Piyare, it was not hukam and is not now. I dont disagree with anything coming from a true Gurmukh as Sant Ji whether it fits my thinking or not. In this case I agree with them, have my own reasons. That's not why I'm posting though.. I liked this message from Paneer Monster some years back on this very forum. Grammar, lingo and spelling mistakes aside its a good post he definition of homosexuality plays an important role in this debate. The oxford dictionary defines a homosexual as the ‘feeling or involving sexual attraction to people of one’s own sex.’ On this basis, homosexuality is wrong for obvious reasons (kaam). For those that say its OK to be homosexual but not have sexual intercourse…- this is stupidity in its purest form. why would it be ok to have sexual desires but not act on them? - all sexual desires should be avoided. One should only desire to merge with Satguroo Ji. Its good to love others providing theres no sexual contact. In the Sikh faith sexual intercourse is only permissible with the one you have had anand karaj (Sikh wedding) with. So then people ask ‘'why cant man and man have anand karaj?'’It has never been recorded in any janam sakhi (let alone orthentic janam sakhi's) or any other part of our rich and gay-free history that anand karaj has been conducted with 2 people of the same gender so why would we change a tradition laid down by our Perfect True Guru Sahibs?... Anand Karaj is the joining of 2 souls. Sikhi recognises the perfect balance and untimate way to evoke an unspoiled and natural lifestyle. these balances are always of two entities that are clearly evident in shakta and shakti, moon and sun, ridh and sidh, physical birth and death, sri akaal thakat and sri harimandir sahib, physical and mental, miri and piri, (spiritual sense of the bride and husband lord), double sided khanda, and evidently male and female. So in terms of Gurmat what support is there for someone to be homosexual? NONE. We do believe in equality, homosexuals are welcome in the gurdwara like any other person who can not become the master of their mind including alchaholics, meateaters, drugabusers etc. Homosexuality is a choise, Satguru Granth Sahib Jee tells us how to place our mind at the Charan of Sri Akaal Purakh. Gurbani has already been quoted, I don’t feel it necessary to quote any more in this post. We are very fortunite that our Beloved Satguroo Ji;s recognised we have the intellect and brain capacity to make our own decisions. Unlike other faiths (im sure I don’t need to mention them) we don’t follow a ridiculous amount of meticulous and unneeded rules that are more complicated then java programming (if x is true then y else z) lol these rules are often hidden under the discuise of ‘life guidence’. When a religion has so many rules it is easy for one to get trapped in them and lose track of Naam Seva Simran Amritvela. Guru Jee has made us aware of the thieves (the cause of all evil) that try to conquer our minds (kaam kroadh lobh..)… Anything that brings us close to The Eternal is truth, all else is false. You do not need sexual attraction / abuse of anand karaj to get closer to the lord… they do the oppersite. We should respect the foundations laid by our Masters and respect the sanctity of Anand Karaj. In summerary homosexuality is wrong, one should focus on getting closer to the lord rather then getin closer to nex manz.

  42. Whilst nobody is denying that some women have it tough (to put it lightly) at the hands of some men who lack certain principles and common sense, feminism serves to tar every man with the same brush unless he yields to its inflexible ideals. Under the guise of liberalism and progressiveness, the very notion of masculinity is under attack; it's called misandry and it's a very real and current problem facing men worldwide, particularly those in the west. Whilst nobody is defending the deadbeat fathers or the male equivalent of the "cheap and easy" for whom life is one big joke and women are mere playthings for their amusement - of which there are many - a hell of a lot of good men are being made to feel as if they should be ashamed of simply being themselves. There is a systematic yet incredibly subtle attack going on masculinity (and has been occurring for a few decades now) with the end result being the gradual emasculation of men. Whether women baulk at such a suggestion or dismiss it as paranoia because it somehow lessens their feminist cause is their choice, but the results are everywhere. The methods of attack? The media is the primary weapon of choice for the dissemination of such insidious propaganda. Outside of the media - which can be ignored if someone is incredibly wilful and determined not to succumb to its charms - the law has stacked the cards against the male. An example: does anyone from the UK recall that issue from last week when a woman absconded with her young child when she was ordered by a court to hand over custody of her son to her ex-partner? This woman fabricated claims against the father knowing full well they were untrue, so that she could gain sole legal custody. An investigation concluded that the mother had co-erced her little boy into backing up her lies. So, on the day of the ruling, with the help of her own mother and other people sympathetic to her cause, she runs off with her kid. Now this is where it gets interesting. The mother and her supporters used the media in order to highlight her case, painting her as the victim, as if there'd been a huge miscarriage of justice when all along she'd slandered and accused her ex-partner in order to paint him as an unfit father! But such was their complete confidence in the bias of the media they thought people's sympathies could be preyed upon if she did a runner for a while. She should've been sent to jail on her return, but the sob stories she weaved whilst she was on the run made the front pages of the Mail and Sun, and when she emerged from hiding she was let off any jail time. That's one exampke. Imagine how many countless cases never make the news. This isn't a "life is tough for men" plea or anything of the sort. I know being male has its benefits, and there are genuine problems for girls and women that are swept under the rug. But this modern bastardisation of feminism that even some d1ckless men are adopting is not the answer to providing justice and fairness for all.

  43. It shouldn't be like that though. When you said it all depended on the person's karam it made it seem like you were saying the people with better karam are born as men. I'm sorry if that wasn't what you meant but that was the vibe I got from it. Ahh that explains a bit, but I'm sort of referring to Amrit Sanchar. In creating and giving Amrit to a newly baptised Sikh, are woman still forbidden to be a part of that? :huh2: My knowledge on Amrit Sanchar is pretty limited. I'm sure there are some people that would jump at the chance of being part of the Amrit sanchar process. Obviously we have access to phat and such but it's something that's baffling me. Obviously. It's part of our identity. So does that mean someone who's born a sikh and does phat but doesn't keep kesh isn't a sikh? :huh2: For example many non-amritdhari can be pretty spiritual, does that mean they just respect Sikhism and don't actually be sikhs?

  44. Women meant that the law is slow to move on Crimes against women too , there is a definite bias in murders of spouses female kills male the book gets chucked at her; Male kills female he is out in seven years or less. women's character, dress etc always get dragged into divorces as to prove unsuitability of parenting by guys why? ...I could stack many examples up and so could you for guys the truth is we all want the same things , someone to share a life with, have a meeting of mind with and head towards Waheguru together hopefully, if Kids come along great, if not still great ...life isn't meant to be an all-out no holds barred power struggle with your life partner , we all have ups and downs, make mistakes , need understanding and support, the occasional "come on snap out of the 'poor-MEs' " but ultimately they are our sangat and should be selected well and with that aim . There are no differences only that which our egos create...

  45. It usually isn't just "he said this and she said that" there's quite a lot of analysis done. Rape tests, DNA tests, mark diagnosis extra. The main problem is most of this evidence has been or can be classed as extremely circumstantial. Obviously not DNA (such as residue) but a good amount of other factors can be there. Rape convictions are pretty hard to prove but in most cases it's harder for woman. Especially in Asian cultures. So really saying it's skewed in favor of men or woman is overly simplifying things. in terms of the Justice system it varies from country to country. I live in the UK and I feel in certain areas men are given an advantage and vice versa for woman. Obviously this is a flaw and should be changed. But it's still a tad better than places like say India where woman are treated like stones and kicked from place to place. Or in this case department to department.

  47. Please ask the Sant Samaj to go forward and reach out to the Badals. Oooeerrm! wait, the Badals work hand in hand with the Sant Samaj so that'll work :blink2: . Any other bright ideas? After this approach speak to the families who had a glimpse of their sons or at the very least managed to find out which prisons they were detained in due to the efforts of Gurbaksh Singh and now Bapu Ji. They are in their own words a sacrifice to these Singhs!! Yes, it is not right for this to happen or protest in this way and we feel much for their situation, but other than empty talk no one else has solutions. We are in desperate times and these call for desperate measures. Before someone harps on about Gurbaksh Singh, he did fail his mission but that is between Guru Sahib and him. I am still the dust of his feet and cannot live without food for more than 2-3 days MAX without whining.
