This is just disgusting. its all a joke to these people, they obviously dont have a clue about the basic sathkaar that should be give to Guru Ji.

Somehow we need to track down these giannis ASAP!, who knows where else they COULD be taking maharaj??? im suprised nobody knew beforehand, especially if it was going to be broadcasted on TV.

maybe if anybody recognises the actually people there they could find out who the giannia are?

this is a big situation. we need more parchaar on basic respect on guru sahib. somehow we need to find out from friends and families about weddings and other sikhi related programmes to try and stop this kinda beadbi happening.

I watched the recording, during the Ardas the granthi said that money has been given to the Gurdwara Building Funding. Also at the end the granthi doing kirtan "gave blessings" on behalf of the Gurdwara Parbandik!!!

This beadbi has been organised by a Gurdwara. There were not enough "sevadars" so the granthis relied on some poor old tabla player who was still learning his teen taal. During ardas, the Granthis were relying on the family to do chaur sahib. If fact the mona who was doing chaur sahib was really showing respect. When the granthi came to read Hukamnama from Maharaj, the family member handed the chaur sahib with respect. The granthi took it off him and stuffed the chaur sahib under Maharaj's Manji Sahib.

The Granthi doing paath really handled Maharaj with alot of disrespect. He was turning Maharaj's angs as if he was reading the newspaper.

Also with the lack of "sevadars" the granthi spread the rumaalas over his thighs first in order to spread the rumala to cover Maharaj!

It was a joke. The was no space to do lavan let alone for the sangat to sit! This is the fault of the Gurdwara. Besharam!
