But there must be an intial attraction or something which makes them talk to these people...I mean its not like they go up to every guy and start talking to them...so what special about these ones...and is the conversion against their will?

Such guys come from goods families here or make money via drugs, have good cars,money etc and most importantly know exactly what they have to do on top of that most sikh girls are naive and <banned word filter activated> and simply don't know who to associate with. For them he is just another guy regardless of his religion or background. Conversion usually is not against girls' will coz these girls hardly care abt their religion and are swept away by the tide of 'love'. I'm not sure if this is going to help but I think its based not only on being totally into the religion but also personal opinion and what you think is right and wrong. I'm sure these girls were taught the difference between right and wrong by their parents but its up to them to make decisions. You can't label all Sikh girls to be like that. I mean yes we don't hear this happening to Muslim girls but you know it still does occur. But bottom line..its personal opinion..that's all I can say to try to answer your question.
