I had an e-mail from someone who is "selling" a miniature saroop of Sri Guru Granth Sahib Jee.

Its a sad state of affairs that such precious gems are in the hands of money makers

She is "selling" the saroop for Rs. 51,00,000=00

Which i believe amounts to almost £70,000 ?

We need to call for an end to selling Maharaj Saroops. This would stop so much beadbi.

If enough pressure was put on Akal Takht they would have to issue a Hukamnama banning the sale of Maharaj de Saroop.

Sikh Soldiers in Ranjit Singh's Khalsa Army and during world wars used to carry miniature guru granth sahib ji along with them. So yes they are real not fake (again it depends.. lots of people can do anything even create fake to earn such huge amount of money).

i was told that aswell they use to carry them in there dastars or sumthing not sure tho but have been told they use to carry guru ji around with them

i think all gurukars should get together and do something
