Exactly, the other so called Sikh in this matter was Raj Singh Barsran. Unlike Dhaliwal, he made no pretence at being a practicing Sikh and did not bother to try and hide his face or disguise his name, let alone wear turban or take Amrit.

He is only Sikh if Singh name alone makes Sikh.

Both Dhaliwal and Barsran were Muslims when committing the crimes. This was common knowledge in the community at the time as they both attended local Masjids. Nobody realised that they were groomers too though. But Dhaliwal had the cheek to pretend to being an Amritdhari Sikh in order to beat identification in line-ups. Despite it being that Pakistani Muslims would only have accepted him as the leader knowing that he was a fellow Muslim (as opposed to a Kaffir).
