I never noticed before, just checked now. My eyebros hairs are about 1.5 inches long.

Lol yeah,  it's gonna be thin for a few years, will get thicker in your later teens and early 20s. It gets more thicker under your face/chin

Allowed by whom? Boys just don’t care about these minor issues, only girls do.

meaning society in general gets into a flap if girls are hairer than their perceived norm , plenty of guys are bothered by this on girls so not totally true that guys don't care at all they do , sure guys care about clothes fittings on girls that is ....

I agree with you to a certain extent but it can also show that you accept the way God has made your eyebrows and you therefore spend time taking care of them.
