Why did the Guru Ji build a mosque

Just having a building called Guru Ki Maseet is not evidence. Sikh history has been interfered with for centuries. The story of Mian Mir laying the foundation stone of Harmandir Sahib is also concocted. It is not mentioned by any Sikh writer until a Muslim writer called ( I think Bute Shah) introduced it in the 19th century. Now if you read any article of Harmandir Sahib this story will always be recounted as if it is true.
