Sangat Ji, After working out and then freshening up; do you also do kesh ishanaan as well? After do you let it dry naturally or hair dryer? I need some tips that can make this process a bit faster. In my case, it will take at least 2-3 hours after each workout but I have classes to attend as well. Please advice on tips. Thanks

Its been couple of years since my marriage. In this few years I have blessed by guru sahib with a cute lil son . With my not-so-much salary , and my mom a housewife , and an old weakened father on the brink of retirement , I am seriously beginning to wonder what to do ahead. My wife has completed her B.A (bachelor in arts), a degree traditionally believed to be of little value lol. It doesn't seem she's interested in pursuing higher education. She used to work in a shop before marriage as she hails from a rural , poor family. But she's passionate about one thing . Hairstyling and cosmetics . Infact, before she turned pregnant, she had a short training at…

World Cup - (Football REALLY is coming home) 1 2 3

Well now. It's difficult to concentrate on anything else right except football. My attention is sometimes sidetracked by the intriguing fight between Prokharkoo84 and Big Tera here but it's not long before I'm thinking of England all day after dreaming about England all night. These are strange times around west London too, when you can tell which south Asian is 'Sikh' and which isn't as they drive past simply by looking to see if there's an England flag or two fixed to the car window. To the Sikhs, England's exploits have really got pulses racing. To Hindus and Muslims...no so much. Interesting feedback from family in Canada too, where matches have been receiving very he…

Guru Gobind Singh ji speaks of it here: http://www.sridasam.org/dasam?Action=Page&p=1142 The problem with us is that the Illuminati have been planning a massive war for decades and instead of dwelling on 1984- why not understand properly what is to come and start preparing for it both mentally & physically? The losers are preparing for it- and laughing at us. Sikhs blessed by God with money should get together with others and have meetings about what is to be done. Would sikhs actually get up and financially support the illuminati resistance when the time comes? If Guru Gobind Sibgh Ji were here, sikhs would have at least thought about this by now with all t…

Worldly Entanglements (Potential Family Dispute) - Need Advice Please!

Dear Sadhsangat Ji, I need your advice regarding a situation I'm facing in my family. I stay in a joint family with my family and my brother is taking alot of my parent's assets on some pretext or other. But somehow my parents are fine with it. On one hand I would like to protect my children's interest in making sure that we also get our due and equal share. However I'm the one who is being projected as the greedy one, whereas I only want everything to be done in a fair manner. However if I keep thinking of how to stop this or counter this injustice mymind gets so upset that it is affecting my medidation (whatever little I do) and I'm not able to get peace of mind. …

I feel I have lost at my life. I have not attained brahmgyan till now and my body is getting older. I was reading some sakis. Yogi Santokh who was meditating underground from SatJug by holding his breath at the dasam duar, then when he met Guru Arjun Dev Maharaaj.. he got udhaar. These sakhis and more. It seems people had to do bandage for eons to get to brahmgyan status. At the sometime I also heard in some sakhi of Sant Waryam Singh that prema bhagati is like an airplane and a person can reach mukti in this life time itself. What are my chances at old age now? Will I be taken by jamdoots and endure another birth?

Worried About A Friend

I have a friend who used to be really into Sikhi, he had solid nitnem and was always happy and smiling. However a few months back, he went through some personal problems and since then he hasn’t been the same. His stopped doing his nitnem and he still goes to the Gurdwara etc but has lost his passion for Sikhi. You can tell from his voice that he is longer happy even though he denies it. Not many people who he has helped him in the past supported him through his time of pain. Now he has it stuck in his head that he just gets screwed over by everyone and he is isolating himself from everyone. You can easily tell that he is no longer 100% mentally and he seems lost when …

My son is 16 and will start college in September. His exams were cancelled due to lockdown and he will receive predicted grades. He was working hard the grades will be very high the school confirmed it. So until September was supposed to be his time to relax and enjoy himself. I’m worried he’s getting into a bad routine. He’s playing on xbox until 4am then going to bed. Sometimes he’s staying in bed until 3pm then tv or xbox. He said he still does japji sahib and simran but I’m not sure when. I’ve tried speaking to him but it’s not getting anywhere. He’s got ruder at home now and we have arguments nearly every day. This morning he swore at me when I told him to …

Im left heartbroken as I love this man very much. I respect people of all faiths and find it hard to accept that him dating a white woman is ok, just not having children with her. anyone any advice? apart from searching the streets of Derby to find him

Would you (Sikh's) find it offensive if a non-Sikh person were to wear a turban type headscarf?

As a non- Sikh Caucasian I am extremely curious (and cautious) as to what you guys think about the fact of non-Sikh (regardless of race) wearing turban type headwraps. I've always adored the headwraps/ turbans that I have seen people wearing around the city, and had always wondered what it would be like to wear them.

Some Christian mother is left furious after her son had to take part in some "gay pride parade" event held at their primary school. Would you let your child take part in a gay pride event at his primary school? I would NEVER let my kids take part in anything like that. These schools are now telling our kids what lifestyles are acceptable and what are not. Kids no longer are able to decide for themselves what they agree with and what they don't. There is no such thing as debate. They are being fed with all that feminists, leftists liberal crap which is being forced down our kids. What if a kid doesn't agree with it? what if a kid stands up and says he/she doesn't agr…
