I think it will solve so much of our problems we face today on panthic , international level . Our girls won't elope away with muslims or hindus . When our kids grow up , they will know who they are and thus patitpuna will decrease . Looking at muslims , if their kids can memorize entire quran at age of 10 , why don't our 25 year olds don't even remember JapJi Sahib ? What astonishes me is that Why can muslim kids memorize entire quran at age of 10 , but our kids don't even know what 5 banis are ? forget about memorizing them ! I was just wondering this because in India , Muslims are growing at rapid rate . I stay in Mumbai and It is not at all unusual to see crescent moon -star green flags ( looks much like pakistani flag ) hoisted at muslim colonies and traffic signals . I once even saw the Abdali's flag on top of a traffic signal . Muslims will slowly saturate the Indian population . More muslims means more of them will come to power ; more of them to power means more of them are gonna incline govt to muslim demands and thus a foundation of muslim nation is laid . The way things happened in India nowadays , I think muslims are cared for , more than hindus , mostly by congress party . Simple reason being muslim appeasement for votebank politics .. The uneducated section of muslims have many kids and so they get all kind of support from govt because of votebank politics ... Sikhs are less than 2%. So , why can't sikhs increase their population exponentially and get politicians boot lick us ?

Just wondering why so many random threads are being locked lately. I noticed this trend in the last year. This is a forum for discussions. I visit many different forums (not just religious ones), and i have never seen the type of censorship that occurs here. Whats the reason for this? It seems that there is no freedom left on this site, like there used to be. Admins just lock threads instead of letting them run their course and different opinions being presented. Sometimes, only one side of the story is presented, and before a second opinion is presented, the topic is locked.

The word freshie may be offensive but I'll use it for the ones that stare (they don't know customs and are fresh). They can't help staring. It even annoys my dad, looks from people don't normally bother him but he gets angry at it. He says they look with 'intent'. Its so true. You don't know what they are thinking. I'm a keshdhari. I can't help sometimes wandering are they giving me 'evils' because i'm a singh? Whats wrong with these people, why can't they mind their own business and be absorbed into their own minds.

back then was waaaay different. ppl didn’t attend higher education or have much to do after the age of like… 13, lol. you’d have 13 year olds boys and girls that know how to do kethi, cook entire meals, etc nowadays even 22 year olds are extremely immature and can be sheltered. the average person doesn’t know how to do anything except their 9-5 which they are probably half arsing as well. -

Seriously?? The Dhadi is trying to be cute. For those who didn't get it, he said: "Some say Maharaj killed bakras (goats). Some say he cut the heads of the Panj Piyaras. The truth is that they weren't goats. It was she-goats (ਬਕਰੀਆਂ). He jhatka'd she-goats. Not he-goats." Wow. This is possibly the stupidest thing I've ever heard in relation to Sikhi.
