You see people don't like to be forced into something. When you see other faiths or religions on the streets or knocking at your door, some have their main aim to convert only. So people get this 'image', that they are being pressured to convert. And the Gurus opposed against forceful manipulative conversion, if it can be understood what I mean. A person should be able to experience Sikhi themselves and then decide to convert, by their own freedom of will, rather than convert like a 'parrot'.That's why he said 'we are not here to convert but to make people aware of meditating Gods name'. And says "if one wants to convert to Sikhi they are welcome to". This being a pressure free, unforceful statement. So you see it's a bit like the chocolate scenario again. There's no point in buying the chocolates and saying they are very tasty and better, when one hasn't even tasted them. Listen to the truth bits again, he corrects what the man is implying. That quote comes to mind again, 'You can lead a horse to water but you cant make him drink' .

They don't plan on holding Sarbat Khalsa at Darbar Sahib from what I know. And there will not be a another 1984. Maybe Darbar Sahib is empty because so many pind and major roads are being cut off due to dharne across Punjab. Im sure the general populace isnt too pleased with that.

Hanji paji that's what I said and mean, one should defend themselves also to the best they can so as others don't walk all over them. But if they are unwilling to change are they really worth ones own soul hurting over? No they are not because they won't changed, so why should one suffer for somebody else's immaturity and soul less words on the Internet. Because there will be others who have more respect and we can't change them but you are right Harsharan paji the bullies should be told up to where it doesn't bring negativity to ones own soul. It's very easy to fall into that trap as that's what they want, they target the righteous, wise advice opnionated. The time wasted on hurting over others can be wisely spent building ones own karm by doing simran. That being said, Admin have a duty too, when somebody reports something that it be taken seriously, Internet or whatever means of media. It's also because they think Internet is not real, it's s fantasy world for some where they think they can abuse and insult, but when they get it back it hurts. So they shouldn't take advantage in the first place.

It is common knowledge that people have become alot less religious and infact most of the western world is now atheist pretty much. They dont follow religion or practice their faith as they used to in the past many centuries ago when religion was very important to everyone's life. What has happened since then that has changed everything. Why is this happening and what is the cause. Why were people in the 16th 17th centuries alot more religious and devout in their beliefs and faiths? The answer is simple. In those days centuries ago the world was a grim, cold and lonely place. The avereage person did not know about science infact they pretty much didnt know about anything. There was no internet or books to read to gain knowledge. Infact there was no electricity, no light. no decent housing or infrastructure. It was just a harsh and dark environment were people had to endure. A world in which people did not know anything about the world they were living in. Hence in those ignorant days it was a great comfort to know that there was a God. To have reassurance that in there dark times there was a higher being who was looking over them. Hence religion naturally was more appealing to people. it gave them a sence of having meaning in their life in those bleak times. Were nothing was known about how earth was created and a million other discoveries that have now been made on our existence ect. Poeple now feel they have all the answers. they dont need that reassurance of an almighty because now their life is so much better. they have all of lifes comforts in life. they have electricity they are not living in dark and bleak places anymore. they have all materialism in life such as cars, houses, phones computers. they basicaly live in a world were they have no need for anything apart from their wealth and what it brings. our computers, phones, car electricity, has basically taken everyone away from their faith. The modern world is simply not a place were religion can thrive. Beacuse everyone knows everthing about the world. in those days nothing was known so people were more inclined to have a religion and have faith.

Deary me, so u question wat has been accomplished? Well lets c, beadbi of sggs, dictatorship of badal, the human rights violations of india and modi have been exposed bigtime over the world via social media. With jagmeets outburst on sunday morning live, and the fascist metropolitan police using illegal force on protestors, the last 6 days has been THE most productive for sikhs in the west for 30yrs, NO QUESTION. U have got white ppl hashtagging #khalistan, #sikhlivesmatters, #humanrights india etc. Tell me wen has that happened before? Funny u mention rajoana n slag off sikhs for makin noise....last time i looked, balwant singh rajoana's pending execution was STOPPED, as badal has no choice, due to the international outcry. Thanks to kesri lehar/ipledge etc. Also the only ppl on a high horse, were the fascist police, attemptin to stamp all over our sisters n elderly.
