I did not understand why Guru Sahib specifically did not teach the sikh how to meditate.

"Sit with straingh back" "Close you eyes" "Slow your breath" etc. Specifically a shabad could helped the sikhs.

Our founder is Guru Nanak Sahib.

He talks about Baba Budha ji but forgot how many people sacrifised their life because he cannot be same like them.

You people rather meeting your Guru visit dera which does exorcism.

We are followers of Guru Nanak Sahib.

ਜਿਸ ਤੇ ਉਪਜੇ ਤਿਸ ਹੀ ਜੈਸੇ ॥

Jis Thae Oupajae This Hee Jaisae ||

They are like the Lord, from whom they originated

If you ever meet your Guru you will know what does it mean.

ਬਿਲਾਵਲੁ ਮਹਲਾ ੫ ॥

Bilaaval Mehalaa 5 ||

ਪਿੰਗੁਲ ਪਰਬਤ ਪਾਰਿ ਪਰੇ ਖਲ ਚਤੁਰ ਬਕੀਤਾ ॥

Pingul Parabath Paar Parae Khal Chathur Bakeethaa ||

पिंगुल परबत पारि परे खल चतुर बकीता ॥

The cripple crosses over the mountain, the fool becomes a wise man,

ਅੰਧੁਲੇ ਤ੍ਰਿਭਵਣ ਸੂਝਿਆ ਗੁਰ ਭੇਟਿ ਪੁਨੀਤਾ ॥੧॥

Andhhulae Thribhavan Soojhiaa Gur Bhaett Puneethaa ||1||

And the blind man sees the three worlds, by meeting with the True Guru and being purified. ||1||

These baba's in troublesome time of Sikhs never took Guns and fought.

Rom Rom is metaphorical and rom does not necessarly mean hair !

Rom Rom means that what ever you see and whatever you feel, wherever you feel it.....you feel and see ''Waheguru''

Every cell of your body vibrates with waheguru, everything around you in creation also vibrates the same.

You see a tree, the sky, birds and flowers...ALL you feel is 'waheguru'

This constant feeling and vibration around and within you means you don't see or feel anything negative anywhere.

Thus is your enemy walks by, all you see and feel is 'Waheguru' and all you have is love for your enemy even.

All the food you eat, every step you take, every breath you take....etc..etc...ALL you FEEL is 'waheguru'.

If you follow gurbani and do your own simran, then you WILL get your explanations and answers.

They will vary to some extents between us all because we are all different and have different approaches and therefore at different stages.

You read to much of Baba's but not Gurbani.

Even you don't have the ability of understanding gurbani

A very valid point !

There does seem to be a lot of ''I've heard this and that because so and so said so'' !!

We can find ALL the answers from our Guru, Guru Granth Sahib ji...

We shouldn't rely on secondary sources as a primary for understanding, but Guruji should always be the primary and any secondary observations or quotes should be assumed for learning and not for primarily relying on.

We should just treat all these as 'secondary opinions' and thats all.

And whatever I'm saying here is also a secondary opini.on

They will not understand it until some baba ji tell them to read Gurbani themselves.

People who are shouting so much does not even have basic understanding of Gurbani vyakaran and poetry(Gurbani is written in poetic verse).

These are people who have high spiritual avastha and their opinion about manmukh like me.

"You are a coward, but yet you want to lead others. Even a monkey knows when not to beat his own chest. You did not come here to learn or expand your ability to think, but only to spread your disgusting, poisons, filthy beliefs.

You have no respect for Gursikhs and from this day forward not a single person would have respect for you. You have no clue what spiritual wisdom means or even how to spell it. "

These baba's in troublesome time of Sikhs never took Guns and fought.

which babas are you talking about? we are not talking about fake babas like ram rahim or some radha soami fake guru. We are talking about Gursikhs who have had years of experience of doing naam simran and bhagti of Vaheguru. Gursikhs like Sant Jarnail Singh Bhindranwale, Baba Karam Singh Hoti Mardhan, Baba Nand Singh Jee, Bhai Vir Singh Jee, Bhai Sahib Randhir Singh Jee, Raghbir Singh Bir Jee. These are all respect worthy Gursikhs. Many Gursikhs have fought for the panth in troublesome times.

Now before pointing finger at Gursikhs who do Naam Simran, can you name even one kala afghanist or missionary who took the gun and fought for the panth during troublesome times? or even one who has given shaheedi for the Panth? I doubt it! on the other hand the list is endless of those Gursukhs who were Naam Abhyasees, Gurbani Paathis(of both SGGSJ and Dasam Granth) who fought and gave shaheedi for the Panth.
