Men Exploited Vulnerable Sikh Teenager, Leicester Court Told (Moghul Darbar Case)

Recommended Posts

It goes without saying, if those men did not attack the Moghul Durbar . Then the Police would have not take the case of the Girl seriously ?

Ask yourseleves, why the Police only took it seriously when someone attacked Moghul Durbar ?

Ask yourseleves why they would not take it seriously before the attack, why did they not arrest these pedos before the attack if the were

- given evidence

- Told who the perpertrators were

- told who the victim was

what else does the Police need !

"He said although the police were informed about exploitation relating to the girl, before the Moghul Durbar restaurant was ransacked......."

This shows that the police did not act or weren't prepared to act even though they knew crime was being committed..... It took our brave lion brothers to open the ears of the police.....

And now the CPS have come to an agreement between the defendants to drop some of the charges for them to change their plea.....

if this trial had continued, the jury would have heard:

1. Sex in GTB Gurdwara carpark
2. the peado's would also park in GTB Gurdwara carpark
3. take her to moghul dubar, where wajid would get her drunk and unconscious, then other workers would abuse her in groups orgys
4. the owner claims wajid "helped out" in the restaurant - in fact he was their main chef and was an illegal immigrant- has moghul durbar been fined £20K???????

fact no waiter wanted to make a police statement.. why? what had they to hide?
fact another waiter fled the country? why? fearing arrest.

this trial was closed in "public interest".....

THIS IS A COVER UP... THIS BASICALLY MEANS THEY DIDNT WANT THE SIKH COMMUNITY TO KNOW THE DIRTY NITTY GRITTY TRUTH.

That just shows complete disrespect and no "sharam" such stuff going on in GTB car park...Even if your not a practising Sikh so still have enough sense to not do your deds on Gurdwara property...thats sickening.. I agree with you a complete failure of the Police to investigate this matter..complete disregard for the Sikh community. Also a complete failure of Social Services to take the girls claims seriously and look out for her well being when she apaprently called them four or five times.

Whatever home life probles this girl had, she did not get the support from the community or social services to help her. This still does not excuse what she did...though..it;s all to easym to play the victim card and lay the entire blame on other people. But if you pimp yourself out and are so high on drugs and alcohol most o0f the time..how do you expect to make consious decsions..

Yet again though great work by SAS in tirelessly doing their seva on such cases and providing the support to families and victims to at least bring justice to the guilty. Also big up the Singhs that were involved in the Moghul Darbaar "incident" without theire actions the police would ahve covered this up..It's shameful how the polkice were making threats to the ommunity not to talk about the incident on social medis, internet etc etc..or risk prosecution etc..

Has this been taken up by the CPS to investigate negligence on the behalf of the police and social services ??

Here is the Sikh channel report with the SAS.

They have really been pivotal in this case, and without them the police wouldn't have stepped up.

May Satguru Ji keep all the SAS sevadaars in Chardi kala.

It's called freedom of speech, right of opinion, and the right to express your views... Are you trying to say that no-one should have a viewpoint if doesnt match up with yours ?? Looks like you incapable of intellectually disecting facts, and information. Read all of the news reports, read them properly. All im saying is..it's not a one sided story.. Was there exploitation of a vunerable person in this case .. Yes undoubtedly... But is 100% of the blame on one side ??? No...

You do know for all yuor talk of Khalsa...there were rules to abide by..and you could be excommincated..i.e: removed from the Panth for breaking the rules..it's not as easy as Sikhs forgive everyone.Thats not the message that should be going out..

In the UK we have a Police, CPS, Social Services & Council workers who have for over a generation ignored child grooming for pedophilia activities.

Brief highlights of the Police misdeeds during my lifetime.

April 1979 Blair Peach murdered by Police themselves on the streets of Southall after Sikhs protested against extreme right wing demonstrators, no police officer prosecuted to date.

1980s Shere Panjab comes to prominence in highlighting the targeting of Sikh girls for pedophilia, Police ignore evidence.

April 1989 Hillsborough Football Stadium 89 fans die in crush because of Police mismanagement of crowd control, subsequent cover up. Criminal case now against Police pending.

April 1993 Stephen Lawrence black 18 year student murdered by racists thugs, Police fail to prosecute. Macpherson report went on to brand the Police a ‘racist institute’.

2002 13 year girl Milly Dowler murdered, her voice mail was illegally hacked by the News of the World, Surrey Police aware of this information did nothing. In September 2013 this case is finally coming to trial.

October 2007 Fiona Pilkington, who killed herself and her severely disabled daughter in 2007 after years of torment by youths, the police watchdog said. An Independent Police Complaints Commission report into the Leicestershire force's dealings with Pilkington concluded that the main failure was in not identifying the family as vulnerable, which meant police did not provide a structured, cohesive response to the prolonged antisocial behaviour they endured.

2012 Jimmy Saville sex abuse allegations come to light, it is estimated this public figure abused 450 victims and the Police had contact with JS on a number of occasions.

2012 Rochdale grooming case comes to trial, The CPS apologised for failing to treat another victim as a credible witness back in 2008.

June 2013, Undercover: The True Story of Britain's Secret Police by Paul Lewis & Rob Evans launched, details the illegal activities of undercover Police since the inception of SDS 1968. I quote from the book , ‘I was a police officer but in my undercover role I hated the Police with a vengeance. …I had real sympathy for black justice campaigns. I also witnessed numerous acts of brutality on protesters. I genuinely became anti police”

2013 Deaths in Police Custody over 400, prosecutions to date 0.

Shall I continue? At the end of the day there is not a server big enough in the world to note the UK Police corruption cases together with the CPS, Councils, Social Services & political systems…

Her parents threatened to throw her out when she was likely 15, their relationship broke down. She had no support structure. How could she feel facing that?

And you think there's a Punjabi family out there that wouldn't threaten to throw out of the house a daughter that was stoned out her head all day, drunk every day and prostituting herself ?

She tried but couldn't get a job. It's hard enough for university graduates with actual qualifications, nevermind a child.

Its hard for EVERYONE to get a job. But everyone else doesn't see prostitution as a solution to their money problems.

She couldn't get any help from social services.

She didn't need social services. She wasn't being sexualy, physicaly or mentaly abused at home. Her parents were simply telling her to stop drinking, taking drugs and prostituting herself. All she needed to do was stop.

She was self-harming and suffered depression

If not those, what symptoms were you expecting to occur from serious drug and alcohol abuse ?

Prostituting herself and saving money so she could leave home was the ONLY option this girl thought she had. Do you HONESTLY think she sold herself for 20 freaking quid (almost nothing) at a time for FUN? With these disgusting sullahs? Would ANY female find the idea of even looking at these losers remotely FUN?

And I suppose stopping drinking and taking drugs wasn't an option at all then ? :stupidme:

Read the trial transcript bruvs. She herself says she'd been prostituting herself, drinking heavily and taking drugs since well before meeting what you call the '<banned word filter activated>'.

The girl was FREAKING 16. Do you have any idea how powerless someone is at that age? How was she meant to survive in this day and age?

Everybody in the entire world was 16 at some point. How many of them drink alcohol and take drugs ? Were you expecting good things to happen as a result of the drug and alcohol abuse ?

Second... How about you blame the stupid parents that threatened to throw their CHILD out on the street, let it get so bad and started this problem in the first place?

Lets assume you don't think they should have 'honour killed' her what exactly do you expect parents to do to a daughter that is abusing drugs and alcohol and prostituting herself and refusing to stop? Did you expect them to throw her a massive party to celebrate ?

AND THEN SURE... You can blame the girl for stupidly walking into this ridiculous mess. Desperate people do desperate things, do you honestly think she knew how far this would go?

Desperate for money ? What she had a majboori of bringing up small children and providing food for them did she ? She had a mortgage hanging over her head with the threat of repossession did she ? She urgently needed money for a life saving operation did she ?#

No. She needed money because responsible parents were telling her to stop taking driugs and alcohol and she didn't want to stop. If you think thats desperate you seriously need to reconsider your definition of desperate.

Group of men accused of sexually exploiting teenage girls charged

Ten men charged with offences including rape and trafficking in relation to alleged abuse of five teenagers in Coventry last year

A group of men accused of sexually exploiting teenage girls have been charged with a range of offences including rape, sexual assault and trafficking.

West Midlands police said 10 men, aged between 19 and 30, were charged on Thursday following an inquiry into the alleged abuse of girls at various locations across Coventry.

The charges relate to the alleged exploitation of five teenagers between May and September last year.

Brothers Gulfraz Banaris, 20, Ifaraz Banaris, 25,from Wood End, Coventry, and Izthkhab Banaris, 24, also from Coventry, are charged with conspiracy to traffic girls across the city for the purposes of sexual exploitation. Gulfraz and Izthkhab Banaris are also both accused of a rape.

A police spokesman said all three men appeared before magistrates in Coventry on Thursday and were remanded in custody and will appear before Coventry crown court on November 7.

Brothers Isa Iqbal, 21, Ismail Iqbal, 20, both of no fixed address and cousins of the Banaris brothers, also face trafficking counts and are due to reappear in court in November.

Five other men are due to appear in court in Coventry on Friday in connection with the inquiry.

Ricardo Hinkson, 23, from Radford, Coventry, has been charged with conspiracy to traffic within the UK for the purposes of sexual exploitation. Amir Mahmood, 27, from Foleshill, Coventry, and Tasveer Hussain, 30, also from Foleshill, are also accused of the same offence.

Saleem Hussain, 30, from Beake Avenue, Coventry, has been charged with sexual assault, and Khezer Hussain, 25, from Stechford, Birmingham, faces an accusation of rape.

The police spokesman added: "The five alleged victims remain safeguarded and continue to be supported by specially-trained officers from the West Midlands police's public protection unit along with partnership agencies including Coventry city council children's services."

A suggestion, the Sikhs of Leicester should contact their councillors, MPs, Police and register their disgust at the way the authorities handled this incidence.

I am some what limited at what I can do as I am from a different constituency, I have contacted some people over the last couple of days but it has to be driven by the locals.

If anyone needs some advice I can advise so please PM me.

The dam has been breached, no longer will children need to suffer at the hands of pedophiles. The Police, CPS, Social Services, politicians are aware of this & should now be charged in criminal & civil courts for their dereliction of duty.

Once again Keith Vaz silence is deafening!!!

Where is your proof that she was like this before her parents threatened to kick her out? How do you know they are not at fault?

If it so easy to not be a prostitute, why do so many girls coming from India do it in the UK and Europe then?

Five of the men are due to appear at the city's crown court in November.

Five others will appear before magistrates in Coventry later. The accused are aged between 19 and 30, a police spokesman said.

Gulfraz and Izthkhab Banaris are also accused of rape.

They appeared before magistrates on Thursday and were remanded in custody to appear again on 7 November.

Two other brothers, Isa Iqbal, 21, and Ismail Iqbal, 20, both of no fixed address, also face trafficking charges and will appear in court in November.

Five other men are due to appear in court in Coventry later in connection with the same inquiry.

    • Bro, I do like your posts, which usually are well expressed and denote a brilliant mind. But today you have not reached to your usual high level. it is true, we all need to grow constantly, and that includes you yourself. You must bear in mind, not all are at same mental levels, neither can you do something to accelerate that growth to which you refer, hardlly can anyone physically grow "fast", so what to say to about the mental level. You can try hard to nail someone on the head with a hammer and pour in what you want them to think in that way, even then, you can not force such things on someone. So grow up yourself also, and accept the facts of life, that things do not always work per one´s wishes, least in this sense. If you have something in mind, expound it, share your opinions, for nobody is a mind reader, and leave it, give time to be digested, so do not just say grow fast  without showing your cards, for that is not being fair nor intelligent.
