she was still a dirty slag meeting a muslim in hotel rooms knowing he was married.

Precisely y i cudnt careless about her human right n possible wrong conviction. I remember reading about the case when it happened, she comes from a WEALTHY family, all very intelligent aswel, and she was told to only eat halal and wear hijab in secret by that muslim mug, disgraceful. What good is it, if u just teach ur kids bowt money money money, if u aint gona teach em bowt wat genuinely matters, such as dharam and some bloody sharam aswel.

If you read the article fully.

She does not come from a highly educated or particularly wealthy family. Her father is a post man and her mother works in marks at Spencer.

There is no doubt that she was a highly promiscuous woman. as she was willing to be a Muslims second wife I don't think you can get lower then that at the same time she converted to islam.

But who cares she's ruined her own life. She doesn't care about us. why should we care about her??

Well tbh, i havnt read the article fully, but like i said in my post above, i remember reading AT THE TIME, i believe in 2007, in articles, that she came from a wealthy family, living in a very prosperous area of w.midlands, so i find it odd that it says in this recently article her family r working class, and have those particular jobs. Ill try n find those old articles where it states her families supposed wealth. Also i dont think she converted, tho that wudda been the next step, no doubt.

She is learning the hard way the consequences of "puthay kamm". It's her parents and family I feel sorry for.

Wrong and wrong again.

If you read the article it shows how she is living an incredibly free, open and comfortable life in a minimum security prison with alot of priveleges and her parents are "extremely proud of her".

These are indeed dark, upside down times.

In my view she is guilty as sin as I followed the case back in 2007 and read how she was sleeping around going clubs getting drunk while at uni which is a typical thing that these slaags get up to....

so i say let her rot in jail not only for the crime of murdering a pregnant innocent woman but the even worser sin of sleeping and having relations with a non-sikh guy and a muslim at that.

Let us pray that Waheguru destroy such females before they take birth so the panth is spared of such appalling evil women disgracing and giving sikh women a bad name. We need to restore the respect and honour that such women are trying to malign with their vile antics.

though its not right for an innocent person to go to jail and i hope she is freed right away - the problem is that she has to rebuild her life ie continue her education, however the big problem is marriage who would want to marry her knowing that she has been having sex with a muslim

ultimately this is big behzti for sikhs.....my cousin aged 38 recently said..the first thing a sikh girl does is go out with a muslim

really you think that is her biggest problem...not having the world still doubt her innocence in the case of murder? you are being a bit more than ridiculous and showing just what kind of person you are ...

Waheguru ji ka khalsa, Waheguru ji ki fateh

penji ?

where is your self-poise ? your compassion ...karmi apo apni keh nedae keh door ... it's simple she got played by the muslim, he murdered his wife and implicated her, what need did he have of cheating on his young wife ? obviously he was an unsavoury person from the start. it shouldn't matter if she went with a sikh or non-sikh she shouldn't be with anyone she is not married to. Waheguru brought her into this world and looks after her we have no right to do blasphemous ardas we have to stay in hukam , we can however pray for them to be shown the right path .

The police failed to investigate fully, which has happened often in cases involving the ethnic minorities, plus there has been a PC culture with regards muslim suspects where known criminals were not brought to book because police didn't want accusations of islamophobia look at yorkshire etc.

If anyone stabs someone there has to be a lot of rage , and sustained rage for the number of strikes involved here, the dedicated attack on the unborn child seems to indicate investment in the death of the kid foremost . The amount of blood spatter would have left plenty of forensic evidence on the attacker and around the attacker there is no chance they could have escaped through a window or door without leave a massive amount of forensic evidence ... even cleaning would not remove that fully. Logically it seems an inside job ...and the majority of death of wives are carried out by husbands statistically speaking.

What a comical comment and thinking that as "the majority of death of wives are carried out by husbands statistically speaking",

this girl is innocent. Thank God, you did not become a lawyer.

    • Umm, that's totally irrational, bro. There are plenty of prakash-dara Singhs in Punjab (less than we'd like, but still plenty). No one cares that you are sabat soorat. It isn't 1986. You can walk around in chola, kurta-pajama, or jeans. Whatever. If you want the look @dallysingh101 is referring to, just go into a cheap clothing shop (not a Western-style mall) and buy some shirts for 250 rupees or a track suit for 2000 rupees. You'll get the cheap stuff made in some sweatshop in Bombay.
    • The Mind is Jyot Saroop (Waheguru), but the mind is under the influence of five evils… Through Naam Simran( Rememberance), the mind will begin to detach from evil, and get back to its original form ( MANN TU JYOT SAROOP HEH)… Until the mind breaks free from the five evils, one will go through the cycle of paap and punn….which leads to Karma… Naam Simran destroys past karma, and prevents new karma coming into fruition… I did this, I did that… This non realisation of the Jyot Saroop gives rise to paap and Punn, which in turn gives birth to suffering and misery…
    • I agree we're not born with sin like the Christians think. Also I agree we have effects of karma. But Gurbani does state that the body contains both sin and charity (goodness): ਕਾਇਆ ਅੰਦਰਿ ਪਾਪੁ ਪੁੰਨੁ ਦੁਇ ਭਾਈ ॥ Within the body are the two brothers sin and virtue. p126 Actually, we do need to be saved. Gurbani calls this "udhaar" (uplift). Without Satguru, souls are liable to spiritual death: ਜਿਨਾ ਸਤਿਗੁਰੁ ਪੁਰਖੁ ਨ ਭੇਟਿਓ ਸੇ ਭਾਗਹੀਣ ਵਸਿ ਕਾਲ ॥ p40 Those who have not met Satguru Purakh are unfortunate and liable to death. So, yeah, we do need to be saved, and Guru ji does the saving. The reason Satguru is the one to save is because God has given Satguru the "key" (kunji): ਸਤਿਗੁਰ ਹਥਿ ਕੁੰਜੀ ਹੋਰਤੁ ਦਰੁ ਖੁਲੈ ਨਾਹੀ ਗੁਰੁ ਪੂਰੈ ਭਾਗਿ ਮਿਲਾਵਣਿਆ ॥੭॥ In the True Guru's hand is the key. None else can open the door. By perfect good fortune the Guru is met. p124
    • That's unfortunate to hear. Could you give any more information? Who was this "baba"? He just disappeared with people's money? Obviously, you should donate your money to known institutions or poor people that you can verify the need of through friends and family in Punjab.
    • Sangat ji,  I know a family who went Sevewal to do seva sometimes end of 2019. They returned last year in great dismay and heart broken.  To repent for their mistakes they approached panj pyaare. The Panj gave them their punishment / order to how t make it up which, with Kirpa, they fulfilled.  They were listening to a fake Baba who, in the end, took all the "Donations " and fled sometime over a year ago. For nearly 4 years this family (who are great Gursikhs once u get to know them) wasted time and effort for this fake Baba. NOT ONLY this one fam. But many, many did worldwide and they took their fam to do seva, in village Sevewal, city Jaitho in Punjab. In the end many families lost money in thousands being behind this Baba. The family, on return, had to get in touch with all the participants and told them to stop.  I am stating this here to create awareness and we need to learn from whom we follow and believe. It's no easy but if we follow the 3 S (Sangat, Simran and Seva) we will be shown the light. As I am writing this the family in question have been doing the same since 2008 onwards and they fell for this Baba... it is unbelievable and shocking.  This am writing in a nutshell as am at work on my break so not lengthy but it deserves a great length.  Especially the family in question, who shed light on youngsters about Sikhi 20 plus years!!
