Chardi-kalah is harmonious state of being/of our undivided -spirit, its not dependent on outside/external circumstances, its constant un intermittent effortless acceptance of divine will (not acceptance of personal will driven by thoughts/minds/five vices/psychological beleif patterns) but clear acceptance of pure cognitive harmonious intuitive divine will or force of whatever arising (spontaneous divine will acceptance/right actions driven by divine will) in the consciousness without any resistance at all.

Staying in divine will, righteous acts, good speech, good five attributes of panj pyares- dya, dharam, himmat, mokham, sahib qualities in all of us- are not meant to be enforced cultivated, they are spontaneously effortless arisen in individual who are attuned/connected with their state of being/unconditioned undivided one JOT(spirit)/shabad gyan.
